Apex is a great little cafe in the Sutherland Shire, probably the best one actually, on the cafe strip of Gymea Bay Rd. I've been here a few times for their delicious coffee and amazing food. Service is usually really fast and friendly, unless it's peak morning rush time but even then you're only waiting a few mins. The coffee is a good medium strong blend and they use a tasty soy milk (I know, soy! Gross). My favourite thing on the menu would have to be the bacon and egg rolls. They're served on a sweet brioche bun (like everything else these days) and are a decent size for the price. It comes with tomato relish and BBQ sauce and the egg nice and soft so it runs everywhere. Absolutely everything lovely at Apex Espresso! Delicious coffee and food made to perfection, great vibes, very lovely welcoming staff, really good energy place that bright up your day when you visit! If you're in the area, make sure you stop by. If you're in other areas of Sydney, just drive here or catch the train. The train station is soo cute, it looks like a British country town, with trees and flowers, gorgeous. Take a break from busy city and come for coffee in Gymea at Apex Espresso!
