Bake Bar — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered an iced chocolate. They asked if I wanted it blended or iced and I said on ice. It was pretty quiet so I thought it wouldn't take too long. 5min later they gave me an iced black coffee....I looked at it and they apologized and I waited another few minutes to have them hand me an iced latte. I told them I ordered an iced chocolate. Another 8min later and they handed me an iced chocolate blended. At this point I was very annoyed and told them I ordered it on ice. They said they don't do that on ice. RidicuIous! They girl argued with me telling me I said I wanted an iced coffee (I don't drink coffee) at that point I just wanted to leave and told them to forget about it. They finally made me what I ordered. Came in on Sunday afternoon and was blatantly lied to about produce availability when a worker told staff member helping me 'just tell her we don't have it' even though it could be seen behind the counter. only nice staff member was the young guy who took my order, being bossed around and spoken to quite rudely by the lady who made the matcha below.

Seemed like the staff didn't want to be there. Ordered an 'iced matcha' which was essentially just crushed ice with some matcha powder and milk - not an actual matcha, very watery due to it being 80% ice and bad flavour from what could be tasted, not sweet either as I was denied the product for sweetening

My wife and I have been coming here for 2 or 3 years and up until today have always enjoyed the food and beverages. Today I ordered a bacon and egg roll and was extremely disappointed with what I was served. The egg on the roll was pre-cooked, cold and had started to discolour. After taking two bites, I took the roll back after which the waitress offered to remake it. The exact same roll - with my two bite marks - was returned only warmed up. I can only assume the roll was microwaved instead of being remade. I would think a bacon and egg roll is one of the easier items on the menu to prepare and the staff at Bake Bar stuffed it up twice.
