Papa Pizza — Restaurant in Sydney

Mixed review I write(I did UBER EATS order 2/1/2024)). Chicken Schnitzel whilst fresh, wasn’t very good quality chicken breast in my opinion. And the breadcrumb style they used I didn’t like. The Spaghetti bolognese mixed emotions too. The Beef mince was quite good quality, but the bolognese sauce was too oily/salty for my liking. And barely any tomato, let alone celery/carrot add on veggies in the sauce. The steamed veggie side order, the veggies were good quality but not decent size serving for the price. The garlic bread whilst it gets many good reviews, wasn’t the style I like. Papas style is to do a garlic bread roll style in an oven and it’s really hot and doughy , rather than really hot “crispy bread” pieces(my style I like). I don’t speak for all customers on the garlic bread as I admitted, as I know it’s a popular item. But I would prefer if they made the garlic bread crispy and brown and hot, rather than hot and doughy. And more say like parsley on the garlic bread could have been used. Will I eat at Papas again? Well maybe not the dishes I mentioned in the short term future, but I am willing to try there pizzas. As a 31 year resident of Rose Bay, I've been one of Papa Pizza's longest customers.

They are exceptional in EVERY POSSIBLE WAY.

THE FOOD:::: It's never been better. I order Sicilian Pizza mostly and totally love it. Admittedly there was a period in the restaurant's history (different owners) where I noticed the taste dip. It's back to it's BEST quality for freshness and taste RIGHT NOW!

THE SERVICE:::: Al- What a legend! This guy is just good vibes. He's been so good with accommodating my orders and providing the most wholesome customer experience. I really appreciate his kindness on every encounter. I have felt the love from the other staff too- Really buzzy and friendly.

THE RESTAURANT:::: The premises is SO PERFECTLY CLEAN and also styled in such a cool traditional Italian way that is Papa Pizza to a T. ....Spacious and perfect for big groups too.

Papa Pizza is an ICON that every household in the local area and surrounds is better for. I'll continue supporting this business and all that they do. They totally rock!!!
