Battery House — Restaurant in Sydney

Unfortunately didn’t have a great time eating in at the battery house. While the entire rsl was extremely busy, the battery houses kitchen seemed to be struggling to keep up and maintain quality. All four of our meals, and two sides were stone cold - surprising when the meals took some time to come out I’m not sure if they just sat in the kitchen waiting to be sent out. My rare steak was borderline well done. Our meat lovers pizza honestly looked like an undercooked home made pizza made by a five year old. We had a birthday celebration last night at Battery House. At Saturday night, the place atmosphere is too ordinary nothing special going on...no live music and food is ok. Some staff were not friendly at the doors. Ironically, Battery House by historical name but not phone charger friendly. Luckily, I brought my own charger. The seating/interior design etc is nice but the food is absolutely appalling. Our party ordered both the meat and veg nachos and both were revolting. Nachos are so easy to get right and yet these were absolute filth. We also ordered some burgers, again, disgusting. Our side order of chips was cold, and the aioli that we had to pay an extra $2.50 for was somehow sweet? All around extremely disappointing.
