Blazing Burgers — Restaurant in Sydney

Blazing burgers are one of the best burger places I have ever tried. I can't eat much, but there was no way I was going to miss out on such a juicy, tasty, and filling meal. I ate a whole burger for one of the very few times ever. I highly recommend the chefs special chicken burger, which had pineapple and beetroot, and it did not disappoint! The burgers are filled very generously, and the sauce matches perfectly with the burgers. My partner also loved his beef burger, so you may need to make multiple visits like we did :) The service was the best. The owner was kind in suggesting and recommending burgers to match our taste, and he was honest. He let us know what would fill us up and what wouldn't. He and his employees are even kind enough to leave the burger truck and deliver burgers straight your car. We ate them right away because the location allowed for excessive, legal parking, and we very easily made our way back home. It was not hard to find the burger joint as they had fairy lights at the front of their premises indicating where they were. Overall, I have nothing wrong to say about this place and would highly recommend it over any burger joint! If you are looking for fine dining, though, this is not the place. The atmosphere is more chill, quiet, and isolated. It's great for late night hunger, and their business hours are perfect...

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but after a bit of thought I couldn't justify more than 3 - 4, mainly because of the price and that what we got didn't really match what we ordered. Food and service were great. The loaded fries have amazing flavour, although chips were super salty at the bottom, they could have had a bit more sauce and, for the price I was expecting more chips than the serve had. We ordered the beef burger and the crispy chicken. Unfortunately, my chicken burger was not a double fillet but more like part of a fillet and had shredded lettuce - no slaw in sight. Made for a very overpriced chicken burger. Flavour of the beef burger was really good but we got onions when we asked for none. Burgers are nicely wrapped and boxed - made it super easy to eat. Drinks are sit down restaurant prices not commensurate with a take away food van in an automotive lot and dearer than most takeouts - but good quality drinks. In fact, all the prices are similar or a bit dearer than a dine in burger joint and that stung quite a bit. So, this is not a place I will frequent - it's just...

One of the worst 'first world' problems I face regularly is forgetting that I haven't had dinner. Look at the time and realise that I've let myself down again. Because I've only two options..😒 MacDonald's or that dodgy inconsistent pizza place that has a dynamic pricing system that is more confusing than Derivative Trading.😬 I was about to just grab a bowl of cereal and then cry myself to sleep when I remembered seeing that Burger place I drove past earlier on that afternoon... Jumped on Google. BLAZING BURGERS MaD! They're still open!

Once I had explained to the charismatic gentleman who had served me that he has saved my life. I ordered a Cheese Burger, chips and a Coke. The Burger was perfectly cooked with the right amount of condiment. Didn't turn into a soggy bun drowned in sauce on the last few bites. The chips were also cooked perfectly. Love...
