I love the service and politeness of the staff and the gentleman who runs the business. They are always friendly. Located within the premises of Ashfield Council building, this cafe offers you a great coffee and food. This is also a kid-friendly café. My child and I really enjoy dining here. We often come here after story time at the library.

Actually had no idea this place existed even after living in Ashfield almost a year. In saying that, I’m usually only around the mall on weekends, when this place is closed. Ordered the Breakfast plate and a cappuccino. Food was great and staff offered great service. Will be happy to return on a weekday now that I know about it.

I absolutely love this cafe!! 💖

I have always had great food and really amazing coffee here (best coffee in the area by far), but the vegetable frittata I just had was the most delicious frittata I’ve ever eaten!! 😋

The service and the staff here are super friendly and customer focused too 🥰

Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

EDIT: I have discovered yet another GEM 💎 in this fabulous cafe in the Ashfield Civic Centre building: THE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS!!!!! 🫐

The Brewfield Cafe offers a nice escape from the Ashfield Mall. You can find it just inside the Inner West Council Building. While it is small, it offers a nice opportunity to either "fuel up" before shopping or to have a coffee and relax when you are finished. The food selection is fresh and delicious. Hidden gem in the heart of Ashfield. Located within the premises of Ashfield Council building, this cafe offers you a great coffee and food at a very reasonable price. It is a shame that cafe has to remain closed on the weekends as Council does not work on Sat/Sun.
