My older sister decided to order us some drinks and long story short my little sister started having a seizure while we waited for our drinks.

as my little sister was on the floor my older sister asked the lady for some water as my little sister was in and out of consciousness. She replied in the most rudest tone "you need to pay for it" and stood still. we asked her in the kindest way "we just need some water we will pay for it after" the lady kept insisting that we have to pay before she can give us water (mind you TAP WATER)

The lady could see what was happening with my little sister and my older sister started to yell at her to hurry up and give her the water.

The woman then ever so slowly filled up a cup of water and hesitated to give it to us as we had not paid 45 cents for the tap water.

While we were waiting for the water my little sister started having a seizure.

My older sister was panicking and trying to help with my younger sister while trying to call the ambulance while the lady interrupted her multiple times and told her she needs to pay for the water.

I then asked for the eftpos machine while my older sister was trying to deal with my little sister going in and out of consciousness and shaking uncontrollably, eyes rolling back and all. the lady simply said * again * in the rudest tone "i can't bring it to you.” After i ordered 3 drinks she refused to give me TAP WATER for my sister who clearly needed medical attention?? Even though we said we were going to pay?? Im honestly disgusteddddd in this business and hope nobody ever has to experience what we went through today! Worst chatime I’ve ever been to. Ordered an Assam Pearl Milk Tea and it tasted horrible, like soil water. I regularly order this drink so I know what it should taste like.

I kindly asked the young girl working tonight to make a new one and she immediately began to argue with me. When that got her nowhere she grabbed the drink off the counter and threw it away aggressively. She continued to give me the dirtiest stares as she remade it, slammed the new drink in front of me and stormed off.

OKAY. THIS IS THE WORST CHATIME BRANCH EVER. For my first visit, they didn’t have “honeydew” tea. I understand that you ran out of it. My second visit was absolutely disappointing. I asked for honeydew milk tea with pearls and she forgot to put sugar. When I asked for the second one she did an eye roll and served me with another honeydew milk tea which tasted sour and maybe she put a lot of syrup in it or something. BUT IT DID NOT TASTE LIKE IT...
