Pretty average atmosphere with disappointing customer service. I never ate their food but had bought many many coffees from them for months and used their “loyalty coffee cards” which they keep and pin on the board when you’re entitled to a free coffee. They lost mine and when I told them I should have one, instead of apologising and acknowledging that it might have been misplaced or given to someone else by mistake, the girl told me my partner had used it, which wasn’t true! Then repeatedly asked me “are you sure you haven’t used it?!!” which to me implied that I was either lying or forgetting (within 3 days?!) then asked me when EXACTLY did I last get a coffee etc etc at which point I was over the interrogation.. I obviously didn’t expect to be given a free coffee but the right thing to do, as good customer service, would have been to acknowledge it might have been lost/given to someone else with a similar name and just give me a new card with an extra punch for the future coffees. That was the last coffee I bought from them and will not...

Great little local cafe serving up an array of vegetarian and gluten free burger, brekky, salad and sweet treat options. FOOD: They have varied gluten free and vegan sweet treats and gluten free bread. The menu is typical deep fried, brekky cook up, burgers etc with a strong Asian slant to it. The marble gluten free cookies are really good... Although careful as they don't seem to know anything able coeliacs so do put everything together, touching sadly. ACCESSIBILITY: Train and bus routes 5-10 minutes walk away. Some on street parking available. Wheelchair, walker and pram friendly. INTERIOR/EXTERIOR: Modern simple, light and bright interior with seating outside, perfect for those with kids or pets. STAFF: Friendly, short, frank and effective... although not as efficient as elsewhere. They place is always clean and they often have newspapers available. OVERALL: It's pretty good. I'm into healthier options so likely wouldn't frequent it too often. I'd...

Irony that it's called cafe Yolk. I have been here twice and specifically asked for eggs with a runny yolk. Both times the eggs have been ridiculously over-cooked. Not only that, when I sent it back the second time the cook came out and insisted that the eggs were runny. It was farcical. He either didn't know what a runny yolk meant, or he was lying to my face. Right there in front of an egg that was rock hard.

Avoid this place at all cost. Rude, ignorant staff that will either ignore your request or...

Staff were friendly, cafe spacious so good for prams/kids, however food is nothing special. It has a Korean twist to it, and if u don’t like kimchi then don’t bother ordering the Korean fusion items, most have kimchi except for a few like matcha pancake. Ordered the big breakfast and kale Caesar salad. It didn’t taste horrible, but just a bit underwhelming. It’s a bit on the pricier side too. And the babycino did not look like what’s on their Instagram photos.. but it was huge tho. Almost a full size cup.

The cafe was such a dull place. We came in, and the two staff members didn't greet or acknowledge us at all. There were no smiles, excitement, or friendliness conveyed. There were lots of tables outside with dirty plates that were not cleared. We ordered a bacon and egg roll and requested a soft runny egg, but the request was forgotten or ignored. To be honest, maccas would've done a better job. The 'iced mocha with cream' was served without the cream. We never wanted to hurry so badly to leave the place.
