Caffe Cherry Beans — Restaurant in Sydney

I usually like this chain cafe, but I found the service here to be so poor that I don't think I'll ever come here again. The food was great. I loved the kransky breakfast roll. The sauce was delicious and the egg was fried to perfection. However, when we requested additional sausage with our other meal (eggs on toast), it didn't come with the meal. When we asked about this we were told that the extra sausage was on the breakfast roll instead of being with the eggs. The cook told me to take the extra kransky off my roll and give it to my partner, ignoring the fact that sausage and kransky aren't the same thing. The cook argued with us about the missing sausage and eventually she went back to the kitchen and cooked my partner an additional HALF a kransky and served it on a side plate. If I could give zero stars I would! I have actually been a regular customer and today was treated like absolute rubbish all because I requested my sandwich get toasted a little more. The lady that prepared the food seemed to have gotten very offended that I wanted the chesse melted a little more after I politely asked her. She toasted it more then took it off the sandwich press with her hands and started waving it around in the air say good now? Good?? She was very aggressive and I said could you not wave my food around like that and I have been watching you wipe dirty surfaces and now your touching my food. She then instructed one of the other staff to give me my money back. No apology, no offer to make a new sandwich basically got told to leave. I will never go there again! Baulkham hills is my normal and food and coffee always superb friendliness great as well. Cherrybrook not so friendly and cant make chips :( norwest used to be a fav but have not been in ages... this was my first and set the benchmark for cherry beans.....however sizes have been slowly decreasing over the years sadly. Rouse hill food always good..friendliness lacking.... Merrylands nice place good food and coffee but too cramped. Tried Winston hills today....food piping hot... fries portion miserable compared to other places...service appalling.... you would think the ?owner could manage a hello or half a smile... looked like a misery with everyone she served not an ounce of customer service or personality.
