CLUELESS, RUDE AND LAZY !!! Completely spoiled once again by the mostly horrible staff in this place, unlike a few of their other locations. Ordered a smoothie and salad on their app to pick up on the way into work. Notified that pick up time of 10:28am. I get there and find my smoothie sitting in a puddle of water as it's clearly been made much earlier and now no longer having the consistency of a smoothie. I ask politely, where's the salad that I've ordered? (as I'm looking around at staff standing around doing nothing other than chatting) The young sour blonde haired girl tells me with attitude whilst rolling her eyes " we don't do salads before 10:30am because it's still breakfast".🤣 Really? So why take my order and money and then notify me that my order is ready to pick-up at 10:28am? all whilst looking at my watch showing 10:25. Thankfully, the only decent abd pleasant staff member, a young dark haired girl, offers to make my salad. TO THE OWNER..... from someone who formerly managed busy cafes in the CBD and Eastern Suburbs and who's partner owned CBD cafes and was in hospitality for 30 years......These are the type of staff members that bankrupt businesses! and after numerous similar experiences with this blonde girl and a few others, we'll never be returning, and it won't be long before before your one decent staff...
Read moreReally disappointing service and rude experience from Helena and the other staff at Cali Press Randwick. I ordered a coffee and an acai bowl takeaway with Helena. I waited patiently for 15 min and watched a staff member make an acai bowl. They then proceeded to give the acai bowl to the lady who ordered after me. When I asked what happened to my order, Helena said they would now start making it and gave me a blank look when I asked why they made an order for someone who ordered after me. Note that there were also 4 other staff members doing absolutely nothing at all. When I asked for an apology and an explanation as to why they would make me wait for 15 minutes and not even start preparing my order, all 5 staff members looked at me blankly and no apology or explanation was given. I cancelled the order and left for another cafe who understand good customer service.

Read moreI’m a regular customer of your store, but on this particular occasion, very disappointed. I ordered a Macro Bowl via Uber Eats and to put it most simply, where is the rest of it? I paid $32.99 for what appears to be half a salad. Now, keep in mind I also specifically ordered the ‘regular’ (larger) size but if I had known that all this means is you get a bigger cardboard bowl, not quantity of food in it, I would have saved myself the extra $. Also, please note, I removed the brown rice/quinoa mix from my order, yet that does not mean that I’d like less quantity of salad in my bowl. Common sense suggests that when a customer removes a particular ingredient, you just simply make up the required quantity with all the rest of the ingredients, not just cut 1/3 of the bowl that you would usually pack with rice.
