Ribs & Burgers Randwick — Restaurant in Sydney

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ribs and Burgers in Randwick, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish even though it is more towards expensive side.

The food was exceptional – the ribs were tender and flavorful, and the burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and packed with fresh ingredients. Every bite was a testament to the quality and care that goes into their menu.

What truly set this visit apart, though, was the superb service. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.

A special mention goes to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel like valued guests, and his attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our dining experience.

Facebook promo said $9.90 ribs.min order $20. MiSLeading. Should have said "Buy $20 worth, then u can buy small rib and chips for $9.90" The promo statement could be interpreted as, If you buy 3 ribs, it'll be $29.70 as that'll be more than $20!!.

Anyway... I ordered online to try it as a 1st customer. When I got there 5 min early I was told they can't find my order online!!! The receipt doesnt say any ref no. NO EMAIL Confirmation sent to me or my phone!. I wait around until 5 min past 6pm. And they insist , they can't find my order of 2 ribs and 1 burger. They took my number.

So i had no choice but went home. 10 min driving home, they called! The order is NOW ready.

I can't postpone until next day or next week. I have to turn around NOW!!!

So I had to turn around and being late to pick up my son!

Such a lousy system they...

My partner and I along with friends dined at Ribs and Burgers in Randwick on a Thursday evening, and the experience was truly noteworthy. We usually don’t leave reviews, but this visit was exceptional.

When our Memphis order arrived with less meat than usual, the situation was handled with impressive sincerity and professionalism. The manager personally came over, explained how the mistake happened, and swiftly provided us with another meal. The replacement was brought out so quickly that it barely disrupted our dinner. My partner remarked, "Now that was some service!"

The food, as always, was delicious. The ribs were tender, and the burgers were flavorful and fresh. This level of customer care, combined with the consistently great food, has made us even bigger fans of Ribs and Burgers. Highly...
