Honest Review is that 3 Stars is being very generous. Either I caught them on a bad day or it’s just plain ignorance. The Dough was tough as nails, I’ve made pizza dough for a very long time and can tell you that dough was over worked to hell and was extremely hard to eat. Thin and crispy should be just that, Not Hard and Chewy, the Pepperoni was so think that it took on the same texture as the dough which was kinda ironic. Pizza sauce was average, I had a hard time distinguishing it from frozen cardbox pizza and can say that would’ve been easier to eat, I ate it because I didn’t want to feel bad for myself paying $24 for this and wasting it. What I can say is it’s good for the locals who don’t understand what pizza is and okay if you’re drinking and just hungry, but for me it I felt like I was eating Pizza from the 2000’s on a bad day which hasn’t progressed. There are many pizza shops that do conventional caterpillar roller oven style like this and they have adapted, It’s sad to see these guys haven’t adapted. I would not come back based on this because it over priced for low quality. Was edible, But not enjoyable.

We came at a very early time and so this could have contributed to our lacklustre experience. The staff were friendly, and we were seated and told it was about 20 mins for the oven to heat up. We were hungry, and whilst we so wanted to love this place the pizza wasn’t really to our taste. The base was alright and the toppings were minimal. The pasta left us miserable. The pasta was way over cooked and the ragu bland- very odd, and even odder that the feedback has been so positive from so many people. Compared to the plenty of competition out there - think braci, glorietta and even Italian st kitchen - this place does not compare.

Lovely staff, but unfortunately the pizza was yucky. This is a very basic pizza place - oven is not wood-fired, base tastes like white bread flavour (maybe under-proved?) and the ingredients are trivial (ie. Mozzarella isn’t fresh). Even taking this into account, this pizza was bad: a wet mess of cheese sliding around in the box. Parsley is listed as an ingredient however there was such a tiny amount that it had no flavour. I’ve provided the picture from their website vs the actual product.

Rude, arrogant and poor customer service backed by blatant lies. Not only have they lied about their failed delivery and poor service but lied about me being at home to accept the delivery. Anyone please feel free to contact me via google where I can and will provide evidence. In their response to my wife's post they said I accepted the delivery of the pizza and apologised for my wife's behaviour. This is not true as I was at my office presenting to our team in London. I can have my company and security verify my presence in our building and not at home. It is unacceptable that their owner posts such lies given we also have evidence that the pizza took 1.5hrs to be delivered less than 1km. They lied over the phone about delays being on River Road when we live now where near River Road if delivering from Waverton, previously having said our pizza was on the way. To top it off we received the wrong pizza for my 2 young children which they blatantly denied, when this evidence was supplied to them they then hung up on my wife. Very happy to be banned but unacceptable to publish a residential public address (but it demonstrates the level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service). We and the relevant people will be in contact with you today regarding that. I would strongly advise to remove my personal...

Wow where to begin. This restaurant is my favourite restaurant ever ( in the world !). The staff are beautiful, the food is just so delicious and absolutely love the outside tables. Feels like I’m in Italy ( especially when it is a nice warm day in Sydney!) unfortunately I am from Tasmania who visits Sydney quite frequently to see family, but wow. If I could eat here every night, mark my word, I would! My favourite meal is the Margarita Pizza, Special Ross’s Calzone, Gnocchi Ragu, crispy prosciutto and my younger cousin loves the Pizza baby! ( very cute !) All those meals might sound basic but omg, they just melt in your mouth! To sum up, I definitely recommend! Doesn’t take a long time to get my food and is delicious. Please go and check it out because you won’t want to go anywhere else...
