As local I know this shop at least ten years. Not sure if changed management. It really needs to improve in order to get two stars. As you know the shop is small inside. Kitchen area is small and have at least 4 ppl inside this cook small area. They all not wear any mask or gloves. everyone has to speak loud so can hear each other. Hygiene issue, chef speaking when prepare food without mask on. So get prepared to get some spits for your food. Chef prepare food with raw and new cook food on the same chopping board. Waitress ordered food for customer and bring the food with fingers in the plate. Never see them washing or sanitiser their hand. Btw. There is no sanitiser in the store either. If you finished eating there and PAID for take away a whole new dish, they don’t provide you with bag, if you want to bag it, you have to PAY 50c. I saw the customer said to the waitress that they just finished eat in the store and spent over $129 in this restaurant and ordered a whole new dish to take away, the customer said they PAID for take away. Why charge 50c? why not say it when pay the bill? When they paid the bill they clearly said order a TAKE AWAY! Didn’t see other customer pay 50c when pick up the take away. The waitress are refused to wrap the food container with the paper bag to this customer. Under the customer insistency, there is an man seems older and looks smarter, when he heard this he immediately take a new bag and pass to the customer. applaud for him. If he is the boss. Then please train your waitress. Is this kind of discrimination from thai girls to the other Asian? Only nice to local white?
The chef girl ask this customer to wait outside and said to them it will be ready for 5-10 mins.
I saw the customer has been waited outside for over 15 nearly 20 minutes when the night is only 11 degrees. Then the customer came in and want to follow up the order. They CAN’T find the order ! then you know what, They ask the customer to wait outside AGAIN! the Asian customer were waiting outside, but the lady chef took so long so the customer came in again to follow up the order and stayed inside. Maybe because of this, so the girl refuse to give customer a paper bag?
A dish in a plastic container with sauce in it I think it deserve for a paper bag to cover it especially when customer paid for over $120.
Just hand over take away like this is not What a 10 years old restaurant should do! Really need to improve the customer service and provide better...
Read moreDon’t bother. Every time we order from this place, we end up frustrated and tonight was no exception. The food is great, but it’s honestly not worth the hassle.
We ordered and were told food would arrive in 45 minutes - over 1h later, it still hadn’t arrived. When we phoned, we were told they only had one delivery driver on shift (it’s Saturday night at peak time), but he would be there in 10-15 minutes. Over 1h and 45 minutes after our initial order, we finally got our food but one dish was missing.
When we rang to question this, we were rudely told that “they must be in the same bag”. We were told this multiple times. Believe it or not, we had checked all bags before calling and the missing dish had not been delivered. We asked for a refund of the dish and were told they could only apply a credit for the next time we order (surprise surprise, we won’t be ordering from here again).
After asking to speak to a manager FIVE times and being rudely talked over, we were eventually passed over to a manager who reluctantly processed the refund. Customer service is absolutely appalling, honestly don’t bother...

I called the restaurant after waiting for almost 2 hours ,the staff member advised me that our order would be ready in 10 mins. We waited another 15 minutes and our food still wasn’t ready so I called the restaurant again. Another staff member then told me that they haven’t finished making our order yet because they are really busy (so the first staff member who I called lied about our order being ready). I informed the staff that we have been waiting for over 2 hours for our food to which she replied “would you like to cancel then? Because we are really busy”. Absolutely disgusted by my experience here. Our order eventually got cancelled by menu log because this restaurant took over 2 and a half hours to make the food. If the restaurant is that busy then they should cancel their availability on menulog that night to prevent customers from waiting forever to...
