Customer service used to be always great when I purchased here in the past. As they are the only sushi place that sells jellyfish salad and seaweed salad in bankstown centro, so I'd always get everything together if I wanted these products.
My sister was in the area so I asked her to get me some sushi and jellyfish salad from here and asked her to take some photos of the boxes so I could choose, as I like to know what I'm getting vs just get me anything. The staff wouldn't let her take any photos of the sushi boxes. When she called to tell me that, I couldn't believe it and I was thinking there's photos of their sushi online, I'm pretty sure people would have uploaded it to their reviews etc. Why the heck would you refuse someone to take photos of your sushi. What am I going to do with the photo, make my own sushi to match the box...?? Or sell the photo…??
So I told her to give someone else the business. She went to one of the sushi places in the foodcourt and they happily let her take photos of the boxes to show me. Thank you to them for letting someone who's not physically at the store the option to choose...
