Dear Crown Charcoal Chicken manager, I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today, as I believe good customer service makes all the difference in a dining experience.
I ordered a grilled chicken burger, a whole grilled chicken with chips and salad. I specifically requested no peri-peri sauce twice, but when I checked my order, the burger still had peri-peri sauce. On top of that, the whole chicken was almost uncooked and left uncut.
When I returned to the shop to let the staff know about the mistake, I expected a simple apology and some help with cutting the chicken. Instead, the response I received from one of the staff members was quite disappointingâshe looked at me in a rude manner and said, "Did you ask me? You have to ask" This reaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I believe customer service plays a huge role in any business, and a welcoming, helpful attitude can go a long way. I strongly encourage management to provide better training for the young staff, especially in taking and confirming orders correctly, effective communication, and general hospitality. A friendly and professional approach makes all the difference in customer experience and loyalty.
I hope you take this feedback into account, and your young staff enjoyed the Easter Bunny chocolate that I gave them too. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

Ordered a Chicken avocado salad (Donât be fooled on the window, which is just full of celery and only a few avocado, less than 5 piece to be precise). Seafood Avocado salad (which mainly consist of a lot of crabsticks and celery, only 1 prawn if you are lucky!) I was waiting for the food (standing there for 10 mins) and the Owner gave me a cold stare to take the food without even mentioning the order ticket number (How would I suppose to know if the food is ready?)
After I took my food order, the owner man just came out from the kitchen and snatched one of the box even without speaking a word. This is absolutely crazy! (If the staff the wrong order, at least let the customer know that it's wrong, not snatching it out from my hand!)
We quickly finished this meal, as the chicken had a funky smell (they guaranteed it was from the brand Lilydale, which I doubt it! I consume Lilydaleâs chicken almost a few times a week.) The owner could not wait for us to finish, as my partner just went to the toilet and he took 1 of our chair without speaking a word! (not even their closure time yet!)
Final Verdict: If you want to be served with poor quality fast food, awful service, rude staff and owner which gives no heart in the business. Then this is the right place! If not I rather go to Karenâs Diner and still get...

Will not return unfortunately.. 35 bucks for tasteless dry chicken, large chicken and avocado salad for 11 bucks and literally two apple slice sizes of avocado in the whole tub.... so disappointed. When you buy a chicken and avocado salad.. you expect it to taste like one.. in this salad all you taste iscelery, i felt sick-i binned the lot of it đ¤˘
