If I had the option to give the store a -5 I would. I’ve been ordering from this store for years and tonight I did my regular order of a large Perri Perri Pizza. I did the order online and did it to arrive at 6.15. When it was 15 minutes overdue I called the store and the manager told me it had been delivered to another house which wasn’t mine. I had to physically walk to the house and ask them for the pizza which I had paid $22 dollars for.
The manager was so rude about the situation and it got to the point THAT HE RAISED his voice at me and wasn’t sympathetic about the whole situation at all. I won’t be ordering at crust again and I recommend going else where for your pizza.

Crust has been our favourite pizza since we came to know about them . Ordered for my sons birthday was supposed to be delivered by 10.45 since the party was between 10 -12 . The guy named Vicky was very polite and helpful when ordering and committed to delivering on time except for 5 to 10 minutes delay in case of traffic . And valla!! The pizza arrived at 10.40 and stayed warm even till after 11.30 . Everybody enjoyed the pizza so much ! It was like the best decision we made by ordering pizza from here . When food is delicious and on time your day is perfect !! Good job crust and keep it up . I am honestly surprised reading the other reviews . The most dishonest and untrustworthy people i ever came across. I will never ever buy pizza from them.I accident left my wallet on the bench. I went back to ask them, They had told me that they haven't seen my wallet. I asked them if I could see the camera . They told me they can't access the camera. I told them that I was gonna report them to the police. They still told me I didn't leave it on the bench. The following day I rang them to speak to the manger , he had told me that he had a look at the videos and told me that i didn't leave it on the bench.
