Main Street Kebabs Blacktown — Restaurant in Sydney

This place is really need to know what is customer service, I was their regular customer until today and always ordered pick up orders. Today first time ever I ordered delivery, they guys sent their driver boy and he could not find our address, plus driver did not call me over the phone when he arrived even though I provided my phone number as well. And then I received a phone call from the this shop with so much of rudeness and the shopkeeper is blaming me that i did not answer the door bell and picked up the order, but the reality is we did not get any door bell and any phone ring bell too.

So basically they refused to send me another order, and there excuse is that they are busy right now and they also said if you are not happy we will not send any food

Very poor...

Ordered a lamb shish kebab and chicken shish kebab from Menulog yesterday thinking that the prices are reasonable and delivery is free - win win right? WRONG! By far the worst kebab Dad and I have ever had. Horrible, oily and fatty cuts of meat, the salad pretty much consisted of carrots and onions, the rice was gluggy and not tasty at all (similar to sushi rice), Turkish bread was very thin and sparse (half of it was under the rice for some reason??!! Who puts bread under rice?? 🤔)the garlic sauce was very oily and yellowish in colour (didn’t taste the freshest). I ate few pieces and chucked the rest of it away. Sorry to say but I offered the kebabs to my dog and even she wouldn’t eat them!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT...

Ok. So. After much deliberation me, my husband and SIL and BIL decided to get kebabs for dinner. Our order included beef kebab with Tabouli and hommus and 3 beef snack packs.... oh.my.goodness .....we have never tasted such delicious, succulent flavours in our lives. Delivery was spot on timewise-price was amazing! I cannot describe to you the joy of my first bit into that kebab. Im a little sad as now all other takeaway food is now tainted!! If you are umming and ahhing about what to get for dinner....srsly call up main street kebab and order everything on the menu. I wont order...
