Crust Pizza Dulwich Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

It is not the quialitu of the pizza or the service... But it is the business practice .. it is absolutely unbelievable as now the medium pizza in this shop is classified as large and and large now is called extra large. Now you get slugged extra 3 dollars for it.. I can certainly understand the prices can go up on Items and and it a fact of life prices do increase... I have no issues as I am also in business.. but simply by relabeling a medium pizza to a large pizza .. by shrinking the product and charge you the same as what it was not is bad practice... it is sneaky and very underhanded... it is dishonest... although one may ague... there is not a universal standards for pizza sizes lol.. but fair practice is still required.. MacDonald's use this same tactic very bad practice...

Anyhow.. I don't think I will ever order anymore from there ... I was quiet embarrassed by the practice as my Guest were left Hungary as the large pizzas I ordered was medium.. and people did not have enough to...

Crust Dulwich-Hill has honestly gone down hill! That’s a great new name for it: Crust Down-Hill It may have been decent a few years back, but now it is just over priced bread. I ordered 3 pizzas for $53, & for this rip-off price, they were dry, sparsely topped & mostly (& ironically) all crust! I paid extra for Xl - but all i got was more dry crust. I would pay any amount for a good pizza, but these miserable pizzas were frustrating as hell. I called back & spoke to Raj, letting him know these pizzas were unacceptable (especially when product cost for the 3 pizzas is likely no more than $5). He nonchalantly said, i will talk to my manager tomorrow. What nonsense, For the manager to do what- make excuses for their poor pizzas & poor customer service. Hey guys i want you to know there is better pizza to be had nearby: there is a wood fired place, i love pizza, oregano pizzeria, & manoosh is not...

My friend has ordered a large peri-peri chicken pizza today and picked it up and came to my place...unfortunately, order was taken wrongly..he has specifically stated that "we don't eat pork or ham" and guess what...pizza was full of bacon...rang them, asked them to replace it and deliver it..and of course, what you expect..they always right and it was our fault...we ordered wrong pizza...in Europe, you would not see that type of behaviour, There is a terminology so called "Customer happiness" unfortunately, we are far far away from that type of customer service. They don't even deserve "a single star" but no choice.
