Review of The Bunker Cafe

The Bunker Cafe is an absolute gem that offers not just delicious food but also an incredible experience. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The menu is diverse, catering to all tastes, with dishes that are both flavorful and beautifully presented. Whether you’re there for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee, every item is made with care and attention to detail.

What truly sets The Bunker Cafe apart is its owner, Iftikhar. His passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the cafe. He goes above and beyond to ensure each customer feels valued, often taking the time to chat and make you feel at home. It’s clear that Iftikhar is not only committed to serving great food but also to creating a space where the community can come together.

If you’re looking for a place that offers fantastic food, exceptional service, and a personal touch, The Bunker Cafe is a must-visit. Thanks to Iftikhar’s leadership and vision, this cafe is a standout in every way. Highly...

Great coffee but this place is not for anyone over 30. Full of hipster doofuses and, inside, the tables are placed so close together, it's virtually impossible not to upset your neighbour's coffee as you try to squeeze past to take your seat. Food is pre-prepared and, the sandwiches or rolls are yicky and the range limited. Outside, the tables and chairs were designed for midgets (no offense to little people, but now that the terminally fat generation has taken over, their numbers are limited). I remarked to one of the predictably bearded "baristas" that the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and not conducive to a prolonged stay and he informed me that that was the general idea! I'm pleased to see there is now competition from some newly opened cafes along the strip and suggest you buy your bag of coffee beans and go eat somewhere else. The sooner this place confines itself to just selling beans and stops pretending to be a...

This place had almost the best coffee in the area, now it's a hit and miss ... the "Actual" baristas are all gone, now they have other people behind the machine that have to guess how to make their next order. I am extremely disappointed .. I even recall hearing one of the young ladies there asking one of the guys if they knew how to make a Affogato !!!! The staff are friendly and the place is cozy, food selection is limited and a little on the dry side. Please bring back the real baristas. It's a shame that the campos-bean flavor has deteriorated with the quality of the coffee you get in the last...

Probably the worst cafe food in the inner west. I was shocked out how tasteless this chicken sandwich was. It smelled horrible and had no flavour at all! I had one bite and couldn’t stomach another. Coffee was good, but the service was slow and the food was not worth waiting for unfortunately.

Why in the name of Heaven would anyone think it's a good idea to heat up brioche in a toast press! If it was brioche; it could well have been a stray Wettex from the kitchen with some yellow rubber that stood in for egg. Still, the coffee was bitter enough to take away the flavour

These guys used to be a flagship Campos cafe and they have since kept up the high standard! One of the few places in Sydney that have mastered the "double ristretto picollo", if you haven't tried one from here, you should! Lovely staff and atmosphere to compliment the coffee.
