Absolutely shockingly terrible customer service. I would give no stars if possible. I went after work to get a quick meal. Ordered and paid for a Zinger Box. I was then told while making my order, firstly: “we don’t have wicked wings, but we have tenders, is that okay?”, few moments later: “we don’t have any Zinger burgers, but I can give you a patty with supercharged sauce, is that okay?”, while handing my order across: “we don’t have any potato and gravy, so we gave you just gravy is that okay?”. Then I get home to eat my meal and realise rather than 3 tenders which I have paid for and is suppose to come with the meal, I only got 1 tender which has probably been sitting around for way too long as it was soggy, and chips which were half cooked and also soggy without hardly any seasoning. If you’re going to take an order, please make it clear to your customers upfront if you don’t have items and will be substituting items. There is literally no point asking someone if it’s “okay” once you’ve taken the money and are handing the order over. At that point what is a customer going to do? Say no and then what? Some KFCs I’ve been have thrown in extras in the event that there are no items. I’m not asking to be entitled to freebies, but don’t substitute for lower quality and then deliver less quantity than what was paid for. We decided to take it home because it had been announced that a lockdown would begin, but we discovered that the chips were not salted, napkins and cutlery were not included, and the three nugget go bucket was missing nuggets. I noticed there were a lot of people working there, even though it wasn't particularly busy and most of them appeared inexperienced, but they should be properly supervised so they don't provide us with subpar service. Read moreII ordered via self order matching at Miranda shopping mall in NSW 1:00 pm 2/2 and it’s charged $11.20 but food didn’t come, after I asked staff there and manager says didn’t see my name in the system, waste my time waiting for food . After that the manager still didn’t give me food that I ordered, weird thing he asked me order food again if I want to eat and I paid different card that I m afraid charge me again and don’t give me food. I straight away to bank check and yes kfc has charged me 11.20 at that time and don’t give me food. Now I end up pay twice to get my meal ??
