Do Dee at Cabramatta is one of my favorite Thai food spots, located conveniently in the food court. They offer both made-to-order dishes and a variety of ready-to-eat options from their hot bar, making it easy to grab something quickly or order something fresh. I often come here to buy food to take home, and I’m never disappointed. One of the standout dishes I highly recommend is the deep-fried fish topped with chili sauce—it’s absolutely delicious! The fish is always crispy, the sauce is flavorful with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory, just like authentic Thai cooking should be. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. They serve with genuine smiles and excellent customer service, which adds to the overall positive experience. The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and taste of the food.

DoDee has always been known to provide good value and tasty Thai/Laotian dishes around Sydney and Melbourne. And this branch does not disappoint. The dishes were many and I ordered rice noodle gravy (rad na) and sweet liver laab, and one Thai lemon ice tea. The rad na was good, although I have had better. Their liver dish was beautiful, just as I hoped it would be. It is located in a food court in the old BKK building, so the atmosphere is lacking and very noisy, and doesn't look that clean. I have to admit it is good value for money as the prices were reasonable compared to other standalone Thai restaurants. If you're looking for cheap eats, this is the place.

Fried rice was fragrant and tasty, laksa was nice...this version is a little mellow and not too spicy...great for the kids...chicken feet salad was generously portioned and packed a nice kick...laad na was ok...probably a bit too gluggy though...a bit too much cornflour thickener in the sauce for our liking...and that was a 15 minute wait....will try another dish next time... Gets pretty busy at this food court so be prepared to sit up close to other patrons or wait for a table during peak lunch hour...

We just read other reviews and most are similar to what I'm about to complain about do not eat here ( Cabramatta ).

We're from Canberra or else I would go back and give that guy at the front a serving of what he gave us. We ordered 1 jumbo take away dish only, not much was left only about 1 container full from the smorgasbord. I saw him put about 3/4 in any normal person or staff will put as much as you can in specially when it's the last bit left so they could bring out new a new tray, then after about 2minutes I saw him eating the rest of it while waiting for takeaway nextdoor. I just shook my head at him. When our takeaway nextdoor were ready the old lady was struggling to close the lids she had to take some out. We drove back home hungry ready to eat and it was not 3-4 it was half full (NOT HAPPY).
