Friday night planned to order for my family Dominos 3 pizzas with 3 sides deal Upon delivery I noticed that they had forgot to give me part of my meal(a side of meatballs) Politely I called up the store and after being on hold for 5 times in 2 minutes they said I’ll have to wait another 20 mins as they put fresh ones in the oven and will deliver it. Then I go to prepare everything to be presented when I see that the new Greek lamb tzatziki barely had any lamb on it, I counted 4 pieces across the whole pizza. Then I see that the 2 cheesy garlic breads I ordered as part of the deal had so little cheese it was ridiculous. I then called them up and again after being on hold for a good 5 times they said that they’ll deliver another cheesy garlic bread with the meatballs but I’ll have to wait another 2 hours for the pizza and the other cheesy garlic bread because ‘all their drivers are busy’. Taking matters into my own hands I went to the store, upon arrival I saw 3 scooters and about 4-5 delivery drivers so not sure where the lady who spoke over the phone to me got a 2 hour wait time. I politely spoke to a young guy. All of them being so difficult to communicate with. All talking in their own language he told me that they’ll make the cheesy garlic bread and I told them about the pizza and they said they’ll make another one. 15 minutes later I get everything and it looks a little better but still nothing like what’s portrayed in their images trying to promote their menu. I then spoke to another guy who I had the impression was the manager and he said that that’s how much we’re meant to give 80g of lamb but it definitely was not 80g as visibly shown in the photo. So I told him that the way they are prepare everything at the store and the care going into it is ridiculously poor. Not only did they ruin my order they also forgot part of another customers order too when I was at the store, the customer himself had to remind them what he ordered. Very bad customer service Very bad communication Very bad delivery Do not order from here unless you wanna be ripped off, on the phone for 30 mins and run around for your food you...
Read moreHi Dominos Blacktown,
During a late night of weekend work, I decided to treat myself to a pizza. Unfortunately I haven’t had a Dominos pizza in well over a decade so just wanted to check if it was now standard practice to only send out partial items consisting of whatever the franchise owner felt like.
After placing my order, I was informed that a side wasn’t available so I happily changed it for another side and eagerly awaited my forthcoming cheesy treat.
After multiple estimated delivery time changes on the online tracker, I was glad to see the delivery driver drive past my office a paltry 30 minutes late (presumably to see how all the other offices in the complex are hard at work in the dark at 11pm on a Saturday night) before looping back around to me
After getting my hands on the food, I took it inside to discover that the 12 pack of churros did not have any of the much anticipated chocolate sauce as described on the website
I did check to see if my pal, the delivery driver, was back in the other corner of the complex but he had left.
Upon calling the Blacktown store manager, Kamal, he informed me that they had run out of chocolate sauce but I guess he had been too busy with the lack of the other sides in the restaurant to inform me of this or even the delivery driver before I took receipt of the order.
Upon asking if I could hand back the half-a-dessert and be refunded for the untouched churros I was informed that my lack of knowledge of what the Blacktown store does and does not have was something I’d need to deal with myself or hand over all the food for a refund.
Given the wait I’d been through to get the food in the first place, handing over a half eaten pizza was unfortunately no longer an option so the question I now pose to you and your Blacktown store is this;
Would dry, non-chocolate-dipped churros be better used as bookends or door stops
Thanks,
Guy who doesn’t know what your stores...
Read moreLet me start off by saying I do not blame the company at all, just this store in particular. My family and I decided to order some pizza as it's been a while since the last time so we made two separate orders and two of us went to pick it up, once there we were greeted with rudeness and were rushed out of the store like we were an inconvenience. Now for the pizza, we arrived home and noticed the pizzas smelled a little off like something wasn't right. Two of us took a slice from one pizza and another one of us tried just a slice of pepperoni from another only to discover that the meat from both pizzas were off, it was undeniable with the smell and taste of them. We called and were once again greeted by rudeness. I had to myself call back as the first one of us that called were hung up on after being called a liar, then was told to bring it back to the store and when we got there the kid at the register ran into the back laughing as if he knew what was wrong and thought it was hilarious we had been given disgusting food, we then had 4 people surrounding the person I was with and myself then they judged us telling us we we're just imagining it so I told one to try it only then did they believe us and we nearly had to argue to get new pizzas made. Never again will I be ordering food from this store. The staff there are disgustingly rude and the lack of awareness of what they are putting on the pizzas themselves is unbelievable. I expected a large company like this to hold stores like this accountable when it comes to stuff like this. Hopefully someone does something as it's now made me very uncomfortable with eating...
