Espresso Theory (formerly Espresso Warriors) — Restaurant in Sydney

I work in the center and everyone from my team gets coffees for each other EVERY DAY from this shop. They are usually amazing and always busy. Today I asked for a chai seed pudding and I had never seen the lady serving me before she might be new. When I asked for the pudding she corrected the way I said it then made a big deal when I asked her which one I wanted. Usually they give it to me straight away as it’s right in the fridge but she proceeded to serve the really long line behind me making me wait around 10-15 minutes. She then gave me my pudding rudely and took really long to give me the spoon and napkin. I felt really annoyed with her service and I wasn’t even hungry anymore so I went back and spoke with the manager but the manager basically said everyone has off days and that I shouldn’t be too concerned. I was shocked she didn’t take my complain seriously and I will never go back there and nor will anyone from my store. Every time I visit Expresso Warriors at Westpoint Shopping Centre, I am amazed at the way they treat their customers. I felt at home when running through the Menu, standing and waiting to order. I did not feel pushed or felt something. In fact, I felt so good to just place my order. I did! I ordered my newly acquired taste! which is (drum roll) Tumeric Latte! and a croissant to go with it. Well, we were not given numbers to carry to out tables. They remembered each one of our orders and where we were seated. We did not wait long. They were so swift in their dealings. You can feel it in the air. So! do you need a time alone where a barista or a cashier treats you right? This is GOTO Place for some good experience of how people can be kind to you. I spent 2 weeks trying to find a local cafe to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I have 2 kids with allergies so many places turned me back as they didn't want bother checking ingredients. Leon done absolutely his best to make sure my kids are catered for. They got safe, healthy and so yummy meals. We were 8 people and all of us had delicious food and felt so welcomed.
