I have reported this Dominos franchise to Fair Trading Australia (ACCC).If a food delivery service provides misleading information about delivery times, consumers can report this to NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC. Misleading advertising or claims about delivery times can be reported as a breach of the Australian Consumer Law, which prohibits businesses from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct.

This falls under the False claims and misleading impressions clause which can be found on ACCS site. Businesses mustn't mislead consumers Businesses should be honest in their dealings. Businesses shouldn't try to gain an unfair advantage by making misleading claims about their products or services.

It seems many customers have had the same experience as us, deliveries arriving more than an hour later..

We had this same issue over 7 years ago. We waited 2 hours for our Dominos pizza delivery, and even after calling two or 3 times it was all broken promises. We ordered tonight in the hopes it was no longer an issue.

Our experience tonight: my brother in law placed an order tonight, with an online estimated delivery of 6.27pm-6.47pm once the order was ready for delivery the delivery time frame was updated to 6.42-6.57pm. by 7.07pm we still did not receive our pizzas, and called to check on order at 7.07pm. we were told it will arrive in 2 minutes. by 6.17pm still no pizza, so called up again and was put on hold. Had another family member call and dominoes answered their calls straight away,...

I wouldn't even give them one star if that was an option. Absolutely s#^t people with a customer last attitude. No customer service whatsoever. I ordered brownies, Mac and cheese croquets (for my toddler) along with a pizza (for us). They delivered the pizza forgot the brownies and delivered chicken nuggets instead of croquets. I pointed this out and I was told they will send the driver again with missing sides. The driver comes back in 20 minutes (almost an hour since I placed the order) and gave me the brownies and said she wasn't given any croquets. So I get pissed off and call them and I am asked to wait 10 minutes because the manager is busy I demand I need to speak to him and he takes the call and tells me that they will deliver the croquets next time I order from them. I say to him i have a 3 year old that only eats croquets and I want these to be delivered today. He says sorry we can't send it to you - the tone of his voice said we Don't care about your toddler. I got angry and said I would never order from this shop and the manager says that is fine we won't deliver to your house and hung up. If @dominos is watching this please take action as your brand reputation is going down the drain with such people. I am writing a review for this place not for the food but about a job i applied to dominos kellyville a few months ago and i was sent a text message asking me to come in to the store i cant remember if they said come in for a interview or just come in anyways i come in and they gave me a apron showed me what to do and made me put sauce on the pizza for 3 hours when i was done they told me to come back in 2 or 3 days cant remember and made me work another 3 hours keep in mind i never got paid for these hours 6 hours working for free basically they told me i was hired and 1 month after being hired i tried to call the store and ask when i would get uniform or a shift was ignored i tried messaging the manager was ignored i reached out to an employ and was told un sure if i still worked here reached out to another and was told they hire people and do this all the at this point was close to 2 month being hired didn't get uniform or a shift didn't get any replies back from a manager so i messaged the manager and told him i quit i was ignored for 3 weeks by the manager when i messaged them asking about a shift or uniform but as soon as i said i quit i got a reply back and they said "ok" just a ok nothing i didn't get paid for the 6 hours i did and they don't seem to care by the way the...
