Domino's Pizza Marsden Park — Restaurant in Sydney

If only I could give zero or minus stars to this dominoes Marsden park.

Placed an order before 11pm today(08.10.23), I got a call from a lady telling me we only have one driver and it will take 50mins so the order would be roughly delivered by 11:45pm as the driver is out doing other deliveries and if it was okay with us. We advised it would be too late so we would then like to pick up the order and she can start making it and we will re-order as she would have to cancel the delivery order. The lady said you can pay at the store for the pick up order. I told the lady she can start making the order while I try to place a pick up order while she is cancelling my delivery order. The lady said yes and also instructed us the lights will be off but we can knock on the door when we get there. As the system was not allowing me to place an order as it was 1min past 11pm, I tried to call the store and no one answered, while my husband was already on the way to pick up the order. My husband was at the store at 11:10pm and to our disbelief the lady said she switched the oven off and didn’t proceed to make our order as she she didn’t receive our online order. Although over the phone we confirmed and asked her to proceed ahead with the same order and she confirmed we could pay at the store and also the lights would be off and to knock on the door when we get there.

Clearly a lazy sadist employee who didn’t want to make our order and still got us to drive to the store to pick up our order as they didn’t have enough drivers to to deliver our order in time!!!!!! Ridiculous customer service by this lady who refused to tell us her name but was the only lady working at the store at that time on...

Ordered a Greek Lamb Tzatziki pizza on the 14/02/24 at around 10:00pm through the Dominoes App. The estimated pick-up time seemed to keep being delayed. Once the app said the pizza was finished, 30 minutes had passed which is strange considering the employee inside was wiping down the glass and didn't seem to be making any other orders. Understandably some delays are bound to occur but we have ordered at this same time with busier conditions and received our order in around 15 minutes.

Upon entering the store, the Dominoes employee claimed there was no pizza ready under my name. Employee had an attitude about it when I tried to explain that my order was done through the app. He realised that he was still making the pizza in front of me.

Picked up pizza and food quality was appalling. Pizza was undercooked and doughy, the lamb was dry and overall toppings were lacking in quantity. Considering the time it took to prepare and the continuous delay, these factors do not add up to the pizza that we had received.

We have ordered this exact pizza from the Marsden Park store including multiple orders beforehand and have been very impressed with the food quality, customer service and overall experience. This has been a huge disappointment including a dramatic fall in customer service and food quality.

Team member definitely needs to learn how to respond to customers with some decency, especially when they have...

Worst customer service ever, no manner and I even questions their English proficiency. After the order was placed, close to delivery time which is 30 min later called us and left no voice messages. When we called back they advised that it would be another 30 min, due to the delivery person had an accident and again saying some issue in the store, which is inconsistent rational. We even said that's okay.

After 30 min later when I called (which took another 10 min of constant calling) telling me that they have cancelled the order saying that we called and cancelled the order and tone of voice was very rude. Matter of fact we did not cancel the order and was happy to wait as kids were waiting eagerly for it. When I ask my money back rudely stated "you will get it soon", and hanged up.

Will never order anything from Domino's. This is not just me, I have seen post from nearby suburbs Facebook page similar issues including hygiene problem.
