Domino's Pizza Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I have pickup order more than 5 times now so decided to post review based on my 5 visits. Staff here are very unprofessional. First day, Two Churros but only one Choc dip provided. 2nd Day-Late order 3rd Day-order given on time but Lava cake was not cooked. 4th day-Order was on time, Chrros burnt 5th and Last day-Ordwr shows ready to puckup twice but not even started.

My order normally simple. Choc lava and Churros. Sometime it shows order is ready to pickup. I go there and the order making still not started. There was a girl on counter. She asked my name and order detail twice. I gave it to her. She went in the kichen, came back and said your order still in the owen. After 5 minute she came to front desk again and asked me about order detail again. Seriously you can't even remember frustated customer you served 5min ago or you are sleeping at work. I have seen atleast one unhappy customer arguing during every order. There must be something wrong with staff in this store. I am not going back. Change staff otherwise Your store will be...

I would like to give minus but not possible. The customer service is terrible. Couple of weeks ago I ordered pizza at about 10.45 pm fifteen minutes before close via the App and the lady her name manpreet cancelled the order to lazy to cook or do service for which she is getting paid. No notification that my order got cancelled. Go to the store to pick up since in App it was showing pizza ready at store and I ask her she say that she cancel the order. Since I pay online in the App I say that can I get refund she say I get refund from in seven days. I order pizza I pay and she cancel the order so now my money gone and no pizza to eat.

I say to her can I get notification that you cancelled my order by SMS she saw can't do that either. She was so rude and arrogant never ever seen a person in my life like this don't know who she is still working there. Basic customer service lacking, lazy, arrogant and rude to the core. I am buying pizza from a different place and i have taken my money somewhere else now. Till date the refund not processed...

We placed online order with this dominos, and when I went for pick up, one fat lady sitting over the counter asked my name. When I told my name , she looked into screen and started ignoring me. Then few other staff came and when asked my name ,they dint come back. After 15 mins, I asked whats happening then they started giving excuses that system is down order is not processed while I received message my order is ready! Also, many other people were picking up their online order. It was clear they missed mine! Rather than accepting mistake, they started giving excuse that we are busy and all. I asked how much more time they need for my order, they said 30 mins!! Its clear the maangement is poor the fat lady doesnot know how to talk and will ignore you if you ask anything!! Church street branch is much much better than this one, there staff is polite and my order was ready in 10 mins. They know well how to treat their customer.
