Domino's Pizza Rockdale — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered two pizzas from here as a takeaway. With the first bite of it we felt stinky rotting smell and felt like vomiting. I think they used a mouldy dough for the base. Immediately we stopped our child eating it from one of the boxes any further. And we went back to the store to get a refund. The guy named “Sabin Lamichane” refused clearly to give us a refund. He didn’t even apologised for it. Instead he told that they had been using the same dough for all the orders and no one complained till now. He then told us he can make a new one. We were sure the next one would smell the same so we denied the offer at first. And continued asking him for refund. But in rude tone he said he can’t give refund as from one of the boxes half was eaten by our 5 yr old child who wasn’t aware of the rotting smell. The man with very little knowledge of customer service again told he will make a new one and promised there won’t be any complain about it. Then we said ok for that. To our surprise he told that he can only make one pizza as half of the pizza was eaten by our child from one of the boxes. We got so furious with his rude tone and attitude we just left without any pizza or a refund. $40 wasted in this rubbish store. Never going to this...

I understand this is fast food chain and you won't be expecting 5 star service from them. But guys say SORRY when you mess up with order. I ordered 2 peri peri and one should be double decadence crust. I returned home ready to eat pizza and then I figure it out that one of them is not peri peri but bacon beef with barbecue sauce. And I won't mind eating it for a change but I don't eat beef. I called them and explained what happen and in response they are asking me"WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO?" Guys!!!!! You made a mistake you give me what you need to do. And then after asking with his MANAGER. He asked me to bring the wrong order and he will give me right pizza. It is raining heavy outside how am I suppose to come just because you messed with my order. It was my dinner. I have been ordering with them for almost 6 years now and before as well they never refunded my money when electricity went out and they failed to deliver my pizza but this is the limit of messing order and then not even a single word of SORRY and maybe next time mind your tone when you speak to customers. Staff are completely incompetent. I made an order for pick up, when the app said the order was ready I made my way to the branch only to wait another 20 minutes. After I expressed how I felt to the worker he just said “hold on” and proceeded to make other pizzas while my order was getting cold. (I don’t know why he couldnt of just handed it to me?) I also ordered a thickshake with cream (cream charges extra) the worker handed me the thickshake with no cream. After I asked him to refund me for my cream less shake he just stared at me confused. I didn’t want to be there any longer but if I could let upper management know that this branch has the absolute worst urgency and most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen.
