I am living in Australia from last10 years and since i have been in Australia, i have never tried pizza from elsewhere. I was that loyal to Dominos. However, I came across very worst experience. I had been driving all day from Brisbane and hence I wanted to get pizza for dinner rather than cooking. I was waiting for my pizza to arrive sitting in my balcony. While waiting, i was also tracking the delivery however, mr Zhong David tracker was not working. The time for delivery had passed (refer to attached for delivery time)while i was still trying to track but no luck. Finally, he came but was 15 mins late. When I claimed that he was late, instead of being apologetic he was rather rude and arrogantly asked me if I wanted it or not. I did not like his response and asked him to stop. But he didnt wait and got in his car and drove away. I went to store to talk to store manager but instead of being apologetic for the behaviour of his staff The manager backed his arrogant staff and gave me cash refund where i have made online order. I live 2 mins distance from West Ryde dominos, yet i chose to get it delivered using the $ 15 large pizza offer because i was tired of long drive. Read moreI ordered 3 large pizzas to be delivered at 7:18pm. I called them at 8:27pm asking where the deliver is because the website tracker showed it was delivered. (ETA was 8:05pm) staff on the phone said “yes (address) it’s already sent out” I then asked… but the website shows it’s delivered she replied “no there is a technical error just wait” I said ok so I waited. I went downstairs of my building incase the driver couldn’t find my apartment. Waited another 10mins and called again, very upset now because it’s now 8:37pm with no pizza to be seen, cold waiting outside - she answered with “yes, it’s out… what do you want me to do?” I asked can you check where it is? I don’t live that far away it takes an hour to deliver.” She responded with “but it’s out already” I said ok please cancel my order. Then she said something to someone in the background and HUNG UP ON ME. I called back again 8:39pm “excuse me? Did you just hang up on me?” She replied with “umm yes your order is cancelled anything else?” - I said no and was left hungry and mad. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I placed an order today 12/09/23 at 2:43pm at West Ryde Dominos and ordered the mini pepperoni box to take to work for dinner. I asked them to please replace the tomato base with BBQ sauce as I cannot eat the tomato sauce as it makes me sick. I've now gone to heat up my pizza and eat it to find they put tomato sauce and not BBQ. At 7:07pm I called the store and spoke to a woman who rudely hung-up on me instantly after expressing my issue, then I called back and asked if she hung up on me thinking maybe the call disconnected but she then said yes she did hang up on me then she put me on hold for 5 minutes and hung up again. After this rude interaction from the staff my friend called on her phone and put me onto the manager who was also very rude to me and hung up on me when I asked for the females name so I could send in a complaint. The staff running west ryde dominos are very rude and unprofessional and do not want to fix any issues they have caused. I was a loyal customer who order often but now I will not be going to the West ryde Dominos or any for that matter since the staff treat customers with genuine complaints poorly and very unprofessionally.
