Donut King Merrylands Stockland K110 — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been a daily visitor to Doughnut King for at least 2 years,BUT lately the service has been terrible!!! In the last 4 weeks i have either got the wrong type of coffee or lack of sugar or the coffee is not hot enough!!! Saturday 4/6/22,there was 3 MEN plus one girl working there,omg all of them are telling each other what to do!!! Total Confusion!!!! Sunday 5/6/22,2 Girls 1 Man,once again it appeared they were confused!!! My coffee was just warm!!! Ive noticed over the last 4 -6 weeks new staff are working,fair enough they need time BUT why put on all inexperienced staff at once.Before all this happened once the "old" staff saw me they quickly made my HOT Cappuccino.There is a lovely lady who works there early mornings is the best!!! I visited Donut King New Years day as I love to have a coffee and donuts they are the best. Staff always friendly thou I was horrified at the young male staff member as we all know with this pandemic he was'nt wearing a face mask nor gloves which is ok, he would touch his face then nose didn't sanitisd his hands picks up a coffee cup for next customer and did this continually honestly made me sick. I was just hoping he didn't bag my donuts when leaving I mentioned to the young girl what he was doing she just turned away and laughed. The barista girl was so rude, she was behaving so badly to every customer. Seems like she doesn’t like her or frustrated about her work so she was talking rudely to everyone. I am taking coffee from them everyday and i have noticed this barista girl behave this bad with almost every customer. Usually i never write reviews but today i asked her name and writing this big review. Her name is Angel. Sorry but with this bad customer service you will be losing all valued customers. I will not recommend this coffee...
