This is the worst Vietnamese rsetaurant I’ve ever experienced. They take order through QR code but my credit card didn’t work on the system so I asked them to take my order in person. They said please wait for the server to come, and I explained about the situation again to the serever and he took my order. But actually he was not understanding what I was saying so I kept waiting for like 30 minutes. He even come and check my order twice but all mistaken, so I noticed something’s going wrong. Yes. He didn’t go through my order at all. I ordered, finally, and then what I got was even worse. The noodle inside the pho was not fresh(sunken too long inside hot water I guess) and shreddered in small pieces that I was not able to eat them with chopsticks. (I am very good at using chopsticks as I am Korean) So I asked them to give me a new one and they did, but what I got again was exactly in the same condition with the one before. I left all of them. They literally ruined my precious lunch time.

I used to love this restaurant but the last two times I have stopped in to pick up takeaway I have been sadly disappointed. Tonight I ordered the garlic chicken and opted to replace the rice with an extra serving of steamed vegetables (they charge an extra $3 for this, which I thought was a little strange). I saw as the food was being prepared that my order was messed up, and the chicken included rice instead of extra vegetables I had ordered. Though the three wait staff noticed and seemingly had the kitchen correct this, it turned out they replaced the rice with plain lettuce. It’s lucky I’m not allergic to rice as it was littered through the meal too. I’m a little annoyed I paid $22 for a measly piece of chicken, half a container of iceberg lettuce and two tiny pieces of broccoli. I won’t be coming back again.

Ordered the regular combination pho with the fam. Solid soup base. Stronger on the licorice side (star anise) if that's your jam. Also the tendons are cut rustic and portions are huge. Totally different from the status quo of tendon cuts/portions. Serving size is massive as well. I wasn't able to finish my bowl. But dad seemed to clean his large serving though. Restaurant is bit towards the hipster side so lighting and mood towards that. Had the parentals with me and they had to shine their phone torches on the menu. Ordering was a breeze through a web app scanned via a QR code. Again, not towards the technologically challenged. Service was professional, prompt and they were attentive to our needs and requests. Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parking ⭐⭐

All 3 stars are for the food which was all lovely. Juicy chicken rice for myself and different types of fuh for the rest of the family were all thoroughly enjoyed.

Sadly, the wonderful food was let down by the awful service. We'd booked a Mother's Day lunch for 5 but on arrival no table for 5 existed and nothing was reserved. Luckily there was plenty of space but we were put on a table normally used for 4 people. Meals were cramped!! 5 sets of implements were brought out ... and just placed at the end of the table for us to distribute amongst ourselves. Ordering is done online via a QR code which was reasonably easy although once the order is completed, what has actually been put on the order can't be seen. That's a provider issue which should be raised with them. The entrees were delivered quite quickly but with minimal explanation of what they were. A small bowl of chilli oil/paste was dumped on the table with no explanation, and we had to guess it was for person who ordered a fuh for main with extra chilli. 3 of the mains then arrived together but after 10 minutes waiting, we had to chase up the other 2. Thought the wait staff would notice 2 people sitting without food in front of them!! 1 fuh then arrived 2 minutes later however the last main had to be chased up again 10 minutes later!! We were then offered free drinks to compensate and said a glass of wine for the 2 mothers at the table would be nice. The waiter then started to list the soft drinks available until a manager stepped in and said "give them whatever drinks they want". The 2 wines were promptly received. As well as the food being lovely, the servings are also generous. The 2 kids present could not finish their meals (far from it actually) so we asked if we get the remainder as takeaway. We were provided with 2 containers which we then had to fill at the table ourselves. Not so easy when dealing with fuh. And when we left, not one staff member came near us or called out a 'thank you' or anything.

Summary - this isn't our first visit and previous times have been quite ok. This time, certainly not so. The horrendous service was a shame because the quality of the meals deserved better.

Will we be back? For the food probably, for the service...

A delicious and healthy food experience centred on Vietnam’s excellent noodle tradition. Eat Fuh offers up very clean, very lean but generously helpings of food. Excellent option for vegetarians, vegans, and those with dietary requirements.

The menu is simple but offers a good spectrum. For those on FODMAPS the white meat and prawn noodle salad is loaded with proteinous goodness and the broth makes for delicious flavour. The noodle salad with chicken and lemongrass offers a lot more flavour over chilli dip and seasoned meat. The spring rolls and fish cakes are superbly done, and will quickly overcome concerns on the generosity of portions. All food was designed for growing boys and girls, so go with an empty belly!

The wine list has strong game evenly balancing South Australia’s best against Italian or French wines in each variety. Good mix of reasonable wines ($30 a bottle) and higher end offerings (~$64-$80 a bottle). Good Aussie beer options for the less demanding.

Go here for a fresh Vietnamese experience that leaves you feeling superbly clean and healthy, while filled up on all the...

Disappointment. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and have steadily watched it decline. I got a vermicelli chicken salad tonight and it’ll be the last time I go there. They forgot my salad dressing and when I asked for it, the waitress just gave me a container of oil and assured me it was fish sauce. When I got home, the salad was so bland and tasted awful from the oil dressing. Tried to call and no answer. Walked back to the restaurant and 2 kitchen staff assured me there was nothing wrong with the salad and it was definitely fish sauce. I asked for a new salad to be made and the staff looked shocked. One of the waitresses was really nice and apologetic, the rest just don’t care. When I mentioned I tried to call, they told me their phone was broken and it’s better just to come back to the restaurant if I have a problem. The final straw came when the chef brought out my salad and said I was lucky I wasn’t getting charged for the new salad. Thanks for declining the meals over the last two years but I think I’ve had my last dinner from...
