We came here to try the buffet breakfast. The offering isn't massive, but they have the main elements of the buffet well catered for. The have toast and pastries, as well as fruit and cereal options. The hot food is bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, congee, tomato, Singapore noodles and a few other dishes. The buffet is not as well appointed as the Park Royal in Parramatta, but it's significantly cheaper. The Park Royal charge $32 for the full service including cooked options, whereas the Waldorf only charge $19. The Waldorf doesn't have a chef preparing eggs, a salad bar or a juice bar like the Park Royal, but you can request eggs cooked to your liking from the kitchen. The pancakes here are delicious! So soft and fluffy. Apparently, you can order proper coffee here too,but I didn't see that option available. The value for money here is great. The options are somewhat limited, but it's all you can eat and most tastes will find something...
