Flamin Grillz Concord West — Restaurant in Sydney

This is the third time we gave a chance to this business. At start they had a nice presentation with the hot bar and nice chicken smell and it wend down hill after few weeks. One young boy trying to serve many people sometimes you would wait and leave without ordering. First time the chicken was burnt and the tobuli was off we chucked it and gave a good feedback in person with all good intentions We want to support small business however today Third time I got myself a chicken wrap see photo attached. It was not a fresh chicken rather heated up on hot plate but the bread cold then the fat on it was so heavy it was dripping i couldn’t eat it :( the size of the onions tells us they really don’t know how to make a wrap or prepare salads for wraps. Another note ; there are construction tools siting right next to where he makes the wraps.It doesn’t look like they are meeting the standards with the food safety as well. Good luck to them with their business hopefully they pick their game so we have a good charcoal chicken shop in our hood like the awafi or the aljannah which seems like they have the same quality...

I rarely post reviews but felt I had to share my wonderful experience at Flamin Grillz. I went there for dinner with a few friends for the first time last night and was blown away by their exceptional service, the quality of their food and the all around great value!

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience, the chargrilled chicken is fresh, succulent and full of delicious flavor. Honestly I am still craving it, it was so good! The burger was tasty and cooked to order and the chips were crispy and nicely spiced.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and the staff were exceptionally friendly and generous. One of our friends arrived midway through our meal and sat down with us. Without saying anything, within a few minutes the staff brought her a free burger and a large plate of chips for the table to share, complimentary from them. They are very lovely and thoughtful people!

The restaurant is open until late with a wide range of menu options. We will certainly be returning there soon and bringing other friends to join us. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the staff...

Would give it 0 if possible. Extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Flamin Grillz in Concord West. My partner and I ordered takeaway on Friday 8 July 2025 – a half chicken and chips combo and a 6-piece nugget combo. After eating the half chicken, my partner became violently ill about five hours later and ended up throwing up the entire meal.

When I went back to the restaurant the next day to raise my concerns directly with the owner, I was completely dismissed and told it must have been a stomach issue not their food– no responsibility taken or interest shown in the possibility of food contamination.

As a result, my partner had to miss a day of work and pay $130 to have his car professionally cleaned due to the incident. I even showed them photos and receipts but was still brushed off.

This is not how a food business should respond to serious health concerns. Very poor customer service and zero accountability. I won’t be returning and would advise others to...
