Top Juice Bankstown — Restaurant in Sydney

I purchased the spirulina chia pudding cup around 4pm on Saturday the 16th of November. The fruit on top was okay, but noticed the spirulina yoghurt part was quite watery. When I got to the chia pudding part. The first bite I noticed it had a sour taste. I thought maybe just a bad bite. I took another bite and it was even more sour. That's when I realised it was off and after taking a smell of it, I knew it was definitely off. I took it back to the store to inform them of the sour/off chia pudding and that the others left at the window to be sold would most likely be off too. They merely just appoligised with no remorse and said "we can throw it out for you." Continued to sell the remainder of the product. I was left abit in shock of the lack of customer service proffesionalism. I believe a partial refund, if not entire refund should have been offered due to not getting to consume the entire product and risking my self getting sick, if I had continued to eat it. I always purchase from them either the salads, juices , smoothies , the fresh fruits cuts. Its the best top juice in Sydney. Moreover the outside store presentation its very catchy and attractive they usually got more options compared with other top juices. Everything looks more clean, nice and the most important the plates re filled all the time i never experienced sold out issue as the other top juices . Honestly WELL DONE 5 stars deserved. I always noticed the manager or the owner in the store managing and maybe this is the main reason. Quality and service remain on top even when staff changed. Poor communication / rude staff, that really need to be re- trained. Like on how to process a Groupon, I paid for a Groupon voucher $9.99 for two small drinks. An not a single staff member, out of 5 could process this sale for me. So I just ended up paying for both drinks full price $22.99 on top of my voucher $9.99. Total cost for 2x small drinks $32.99.

Also don’t ask for a mango smoothie , my partner said it tasted like honey and yogurt only. But my tropical juice was amazing I have to admit, so that was one good thing. But I won’t be back...
