Georgies Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Sydney

Terrible service!! Production line no service of human being. Ordered a chicken filo and got a spinach filo. Took it back to get my already paid filo, and asked if they can help me by bringing it over to my table, just 5 seconds outside of their bar. Am not able to get up from a chair due to health issues, hence why at the hospital for appointment. They had the audacity, manager/owner to say, they did me a favour of exchanging their wrong filo which was their responsibility for giving me a wrong order. They can't leave their post to assist people they said, because too busy. Not accommodating to anyone or anything, yet a monopoly and making money, as cafes and parking are a bit of a distant. I'm a patient and can't leave my bed. I rang up to see what online app they have and was told the hospital wo not allow users and they don't have staff for delivery. I explained three times I didn't want delivery, just to order and pay so a nurse or assistant could pickup a prepaid order. The very rude and obnoxious possibly Indian person said they have no reason not to have an app and are just to lazy. They have not claimed the company on Facebook and the other comments here show other poor service. Why bother having a public service business if you don't care, don't want to sell anything and are rude. The cafe in the public section has this facility. You'd think the private hospital...

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Cafe in a hospital that was so incredibly reasonable in terms of its prices. Usually hospital cafes are more expensive because they're usually the customer's only choice. When I looked at the menu and tapped my card to pay, it felt like I was in a time machine to 5 years ago with the prices they had.

On top of this, my iced latte was super nice and the service was friendly. There were tables and chairs available where I was able to relax and do some work while waiting for a specialist appointment upstairs.
