So i asked for an iced coffee and watched the lady make it where she proceeded to put brown liquid from a bottle into my cup with milk and the sugar syrup and no coffee shot. I then asked what the brown stuff was and was told it was cold brew coffee. I then expressed my concern in having a strong coffee with actually coffee shots and told her that i wanted coffee shots and milk not cold brew and was told to order an iced latte next time. I said ok and asked to buy a coffee shot seeing as they did not offer to remake my coffee to what i wanted and was told to ask how coffee is made before i order next time. So I paid extra for the actual coffee shot and then proceeded to look at the menu for an "iced latte" option which was NOT on the menu. She then continued her argument and pointed at the iced coffee saying that they make it with cold brew here. Read moreBoth staff on 6th January 2023 had disgusting attitude to customers. The way they treated customers seemed like we were criminals. Angry face, no smile at all and very impatient with taking orders. Looked like they were in the wrong job. Where is customer care? What do they think they are? I treat everyone with respect, and thought the young lady who took the order may have a bad day, so I didn’t want to say anything hoping that her day will get better. Then the other lady served my food with even angrier face. Couldn’t believe you would be served at a restaurant/coffee shop by a rude angry face staff! Still don’t know what I did wrong mate, at the end of the day who cares anyway? But who deserves to be treated like that is yet a question to think yourself when you get served at any place. Read moreCame in this morning at 10:25am & ordered 2 coffees. To start with the girl taking the order was okay, besides the fact of not asking what blend of coffee we would like. So I finished paying & realised straight after that we wanted the Sereno blend. We called out quickly to the girl making our coffee & when asked for the Sereno blend was annoyed at us that I had asked and her response was, “Well I have already made the espresso shot”. Apparently the girl’s name was “Eleema” when asked and talked back unprofessionally fighting me on the request telling us we should of asked for it in the first place but we did ask for it once we paid. Do their staff not know that customers should be given what is requested? Was it that hard to put that 1 shot away and make a new shot? Suggestion for future, ask if they have a coffee preference and if a customer realises something is needed after payment, get it done for customer satisfaction and avoid...
