I just got a choc protein smoothie from your Winston Hills store & I just need to tell you about my experience. The older lady who took my order smiled & was lovely & the 2 stars I've given are for her. The blonde girl I'm sorry to say has the personality of a peanut. Why does she work there if she dislikes her job so much? She barely looked at me & I was worried if she smiled, her face may crack! I have worked in hospitality for 30 years & I can tell you your business will fail having people like her working there. I'm sorry if this review is harsh, but come on. Would it kill her to smile?

I enjoyed a lovely coffee & toasted pear & raspberry bread at GJs Winston Hills today. Both were delicious! But the service given by the lovely young lady behind the counter was what was really good - a BEAUTIFUL smile, fully engaged, she really seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Being mobility impaired, I asked her if she'd mind bringing my order to my table, which she didn't hesitate to reply yes to. When she brought it to me, there was the beautiful smile again. Two you guys girls working today 23rd Feb. Both were rude. 3pm and acted as if they didn't want to serve us - very passive aggressive. Just placed the coffees on the table and couldn't be bothered telling us which was which - she wasn't sure. Didn't both putting chocolate on a cap. Uses only takeaway cups.
