Grill'd Burgers - Wetherill Park — Restaurant in Sydney

ordered 3 sliders and requested low carb bread, the person at the till told me that the sliders do not come with low carb bread, i informed him that i did not care what the sliders looked like (topping sticking out of the side/bread cut in half/burger not round) and he happy to put the order through and said will leave a note on the order.

took a seat right infront of the kitchen/serving, right infront of the waiters view. after waiting for almost 50 minutes. i asked the waiter for my order and the chef/manager answered rudely from behind the kitchen that sliders do not come with low carb bread.

i informed the waiter that i have already told the person at the till that i did not care about what the burger looked like and he was happy to put the order through( i had the exact same request at the same restaurant before and was made with no problems) and i also informed the waiter that this was not a good enough excuse for the chef to just ignore the order and watch me sit on an empty table for 50mins without asking a question.

the manager/chef did not want to speak to me and requested the waiter to ask for an extra $1.50 for the bread which i thought it was ridiculous after i just waited for 50mintues and my order was completely ignored. i requested a refund and will never go back...

Came in tonight and was greeted by a very rude girl straight away (hair in a ponytail blonde/brown). No sense of customer service. Demanded that my friend “wait over there to be called” - no greeting, no smile and rude tone.

She also proceeded to do this to another kind group of people who walked in. Where the lady actually had to kindly interrupt her letting her know that she knows to wait however was looking for available tables. How sad she had to explain herself in-front of people!

Upon asking if our order was ready; AGAIN responded so rude with a death stare! (Just to note,Girl in the pixie cut haircut was very sweet and attentive whilst serving )

Upon calling out my friends name to let her know the order was ready. She handled the bag by slamming it on the bench as my friend was reaching for it. Then whilst looking at her she proceeded to mumble a few words to herself/team members clearly directed at us. She also got her order wrong!!!!!!

I’ve actually never been served in such a disappointing way! don’t know if this is new management or something but i’ve never had this problem with the old staff...

Wow, what an amazing dining experience we had at Grilled in Weatherall Park! Tamara, our server, made it truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, her warm and friendly smile set the tone for the evening.

In our opinion, Tamara deserves more than just a five-star review – she deserves a promotion or some form of recognition for her outstanding service. Grilled is lucky to have such a gem on their team!
