Grounded Café turned out to be such a great find for my boss and me when we needed a quick meeting spot – and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way.

First off, the service was spot on. We were greeted warmly, and our orders were taken and served quickly, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to squeeze in a meeting between a busy schedule. No long waits, no fuss – just fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly staff who seemed to really care about their customers.

The coffee was excellent – smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. It gave us that much-needed boost to get through the morning with focus. Alongside the coffee, the drinks menu had a nice variety, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. For a café in a convenient location, the quality was top notch.

The atmosphere is another plus. The café has a warm, relaxed vibe but also feels professional enough that it works well as a casual meeting spot. There was enough seating to settle in comfortably, and the layout makes it easy to chat without feeling crammed in or drowned out by noise. It struck that sweet balance between cosy and functional.

Price-wise, it’s also very reasonable for the quality and speed of service. You can easily drop in for a quick coffee run, or sit down for a more extended catch-up without worrying about blowing the budget.

All in all, Grounded Café is exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble across – reliable, delicious, and with a friendly team that makes you feel welcome. Whether you’re after a quick caffeine hit or a comfortable spot for a work chat, this café is...

Quick shout out for Grounded in Sydney. We popped in for a bite while waiting for doc next door. Cool cafe vibes with a small seating area. Food looked fresh and inviting. We got the lemon pepper chicken wrap, Portuguese chicken wrap, salmon eggs Benedict, matcha latte, and cold brew. The salmon eggs benedict has a great hollandaise sauce, nicely wilted spinach, slightly overcooked poached eggs on a toasted but fluffy brioche-like bun (not English muffin). Plenty of salmon but it was a bit strongly smoked/salty. The lemon pepper wrap was indeed lemony and peppery (strong black pepper taste). The Portuguese one had breaded chicken a bit of cheese and a little slightly mayo - definitely the best of the three. The wraps were premade but reheated to a crisp. Cold brew was strong but oddly served in a paper cup normally used for hot drinks. Matcha latte was hot, sweet, and creamy. Overall, felt a little pricy but good food and...

Service was poor want acknowledged until the man behind the first till acknowledged me had two people push in front of me and the lady that was serving the second register saw I was waiting and palmed me off wasn’t worried about the customer only worried about the surroundings I know it’s busy for breakfast and early morning coffee runs but acknowledge at least for me wasn’t what I expected having mum spend 4 months in hospital in RPA I thought I’d try something different but unfortunately I was wrong. Management was ok I guess, I know it sounds like I’m complaining but being a health care worker and having done customer service since I was 14 eye contact and a smile doesn’t go to far I know it’s about fast paced but I think it’s time for everyone to come back to reality and not focused too much on urgency or being like robots it’s time to bring back the interaction...

An absolute gem of an eatery, very close to RPAH. In fact, I was convinced to try the food because of all of the doctors and other medical staff congregating around the door. Inside the place is very small and cramped, and unbelievably noisy if you opt to eat in over lunch, but the food is incredible, and the service exceptional. All staff are polite and friendly, and ready to help you with whatever you may need. This is now a regular stop for me on my hospital visits! Old school burger, chips and mango magic smoothie shown in the photo.
