Guzman Y Gomez is a well-known Mexican fast-food chain, and for those who might not be familiar with the brand, it's somewhat comparable to Burger King in terms of popularity and presence. They serve a range of delicious Mexican-inspired dishes, and what stood out for me was their large, satisfying burrito. Packed with shiitake mushrooms, black beans, and a hint of mild spice, it was full of flavor, complemented perfectly by sides like guacamole, nachos, sour cream, and salsa. The texture was spot on — soft, neat, and absolutely delightful.

The French fries were another highlight: crispy on the outside while being tender and soft on the inside. As for the chicken tenders, they were juicy and flavorful — not dry like you'd find in some fast-food places. Overall, everything we ordered from Guzman Y Gomez was of high quality and generously portioned.

I asked for 3 hard shell tacos with slow cooked beef and the server put down ground beef, I tried to correct her twice and thought she got it the last time but I ended up with 2 GROUND beef and only 1 slow cooked. Couldn’t tell until I was eating them due to the things on top.

Additionally, I asked for and paid for extra sour cream which they forgot. I had to get the attention of an employee (which was difficult) and asked for it, he gave me a dried up pot of sour cream (which has happened before at a different gyg, I asked and they made me a fresh pot) he turns his back to me and then hands me what looked like a fresh pot. It wasn’t, he’d just squirted fresh sour cream on top of the old sour cream. Couldn’t find anything online about their refund policy and honestly was too tired and hungry to go up and complain to unhelpful employees.

I can’t help but wonder if this kind of mix up would happen for people with allergies or if I’ve potentially been poisoned by off sour cream. The one slow cooked beef taco was ok but they were also kinda cold? Not...

My experience recently was horrible, I ordered my food here just before lunch time so it was not busy. The employee on the counter was rude and disinterested in giving me good customer service after I had ordered my meal which were a small side of chips and a chicken burrito as I was waiting three people that had ordered after me received there meals so I ask the lady why I still hadn't received mine and she snubbed at me then walked away. Then I asked again and another woman came up and sai oh we are waiting on your chips which isn't true because the people that ordered after me had received their meals with chips in them so she walks over and picks up my cup of chips which had been sitting there the whole time and grabs my burrito out of the heater fridge she shoved the bag in my hand and walked away no apology or anything then I heard saw her whispering and pointing at me as I walked away would not recommend going here beach burritos down the road so a much better burrito and have a great vibe and...
