If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have never experience such HORRIFIC customer service from a store in my whole life. Potts Point store should be shut down and staff terminated immediately! I ordered a lasagna and chips and Hershey’s cookies a month ago 13th May and as soon as I got it, I was eating the lasagna and I choked on a clump of hair that was in the pasta.. I called them straight away and sent pictures, the lady I spoke to said she will refund the whole order completely as I was turned off to eat the chips and the cookies after seeing hair in my pasta! I waited a week and still no refund. I chased the refund and spoke to Anoop and he said the lady I first spoke to didn’t do the refund and he will fix it and if I don’t receive the money he will follow it up and give me a pizza voucher for the trouble. I waited again still no refund so I chased it again and Anoop tells me I have to contact the manager Angela. We have numerous text messages that I’m still waiting for $32 refund, she said she will process the transaction and it will arrive in 7-10 business days. She also wasn’t aware I would receive a voucher for the inconvenience which shows the staff don’t communicate with each other.. 10 business days has come by and still no refund. I spoke to Angela and a man who was the store supervisor who wouldn’t give me his name and they were very abusive and telling me they refunded me just $9.95 for the pasta which I didn’t ask for and didn’t receive. They accused me that I put the hair myself in the pasta. I was completely irate as they said it’s not their problem and I deserve to be refunded what I complained for. Out of principle I was expecting a refund for the whole order $31.85 which is was what I thought I was getting and I AM DISGUSTED with how they handled this and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ordering from this store. Angela and the man I spoke to needs to fired from this store immediately. How dare they accuse customers for putting hair in the food and not honouring the refund I asked for. I have text messages I’ve been asking for the amount of $31.85 a month ago and they said it’s $9.95 they will refund me. I have filed a complaint to head office and I will do what it takes for these staff members to be fired ASAP. Disgusting. You should be ashamed...

2: pretending not to have changes (a world wide fast food company offering no changes? You kidding me?)
3: they don’t do meal deal when you order it at the counter, even when they write it in the menu right above the cashier, they only accept online meal deal order for some reason
Reasons: This pizza hut is probably a franchise store, own by a specific owner, they try to use the tricks i mentioned above to get more profit.
To the owner: By running a good store, reputation is the key. In short term, yes you may earn slightly more profit by using your tricks, but in long term, you will loss all your customer eventually, and those customers that were tricked like me, will write a comment like this to lower your reputation.
Just think about it, earning high reputation and getting you much more profit vs short term benefit by tricking your customer oder by oder, which one gets you...

Approximately 5 minutes later I received a call from the store notifying me that they are not delivering to the city due to a protest going on and they are unable to deliver my order. Due to the protest of over 10 thousand people I can understand not wanting to deliver anywhere near that, so I asked for a refund and was told it would be refunded immediately, 2 days later still nothing so I called the store and asked for the manager who had no idea about it, she supposedly then processed the refund, I find this hard to believe as it's now Thursday the 16th and still no refund, so I now need to waste more time chasing up a refund that should be pretty straight forward, would not order from here again, and definitely...
