SUPER UNIQUE BUBBLE TEA STORE! LOCATED JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY FROM GREEN SQUARE (hidden by the tall buildings) Today, I had business in Zetland/Green Square eg wanted to eat some Taco Bell 🔔 and I'd long fallen in love with the Library and the concept of it being one of the most eco friendly suburbs so imagine my delight when I discovered a Bubble Tea store here! And yes, it tasted as good as it looked! The staff were friendly and it really made visiting the suburb extra special knowing I have this to get when I'm there next! Can't wait to eat my way through the rest of the menu!!!

I ordered 3 drinks. One with Mochi,one with purple rice and yoghurt and one just the pearl milk tea. I asked for half sugar so they are less sweet. I enjoyed the purple rice with yoghurt flavour. Service was fast with 3 staff working. It’s a good place for takeaway but not one to hang out with friends. The entrance are not that welcoming for sitting and hanging out.

Poor quality control, they had no thai milk tea available at 19:00 (sold out) And then the two hot milk teas we ordered were served cold! No apology was given and the staff seemed disinterested in giving us a bag. Very unhappy with this product and poor service.

I had Purple Rice Yogurt, their number 1 recommended drink. However the milk/yoghurt that they used was spoiled.

We went to the cashier and told them about it, they even tried it however they refused to believe and claim it and did not do anything about it.

Definitely not recommended and poor customer service, will not...
