Stumbled across Holly Cafe only because of the reviews.. was in the mood for scrambled eggs and nothing in the Junction had called out to me just yet The Chili Scramble here is DEEELICIOUS. Has a nice tangy chili that reminds you of Southeast Asian flavors.. maybe Bali-Indonesian vibes.. served with mushrooms, avocado and scrambled eggs on sourdough.. this is HIGHLY recommended. I want to go back and get a second one asap lol Warm friendly staff.. nice to sit outside and people watch The coffee here was ‘ok’.. would rather grab mine from Sababa on Oxford St next time (they’re the best in Bondi Junction)

Holly Cafe 4/5 (Bondi Junction, Sydney) Holly Cafe was a simple nice place to go for a coffee. The Nutella milkshake was very good and tasted great but for the amount of money quite expensive. The coffee looked good though I did not have it and the iced chocolate was similar to my drink, expensive for the size. Everything that was used to drink out of was recyclable which is good for the environment. There was limited seats at the cafe and the traffic was loud making it quite hard to talk. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the time I spent at Holly Cafe and would recommend people to go there.

A delicious find! Just past the Westfield shops, this shop has a modern Indonesian influence and reminded me of Bali. Our breakfast was packed full of flavours inckuding homemade chilli jams and sauces that made them stand out. The brekky burger was STACKED and hit the spot for hubby. The chilli scram was also delicious but could have done with an extra egg or two as there wasn't much scrambled egg. My almond latte and the baby chino were also made perfectly. Strong but balanced. The milkshake was also thick and creamy.

I have visited Holly cafe 3 times in the space of my short time in Bondi Junction, just out of convenience for coffee's here and there. It happens to be the same young woman working each time. As always, today, she had poor customer service. She makes you feel as if you are being a pain to ask for a coffee and even to ask for a straw with an iced coffee you feel like you have said something to offend her. Today I got an iced latte half filled to the top of my plastic cup and was left with a negative feeling from her disappointing attitude towards customer service. What a shame, because the cafe seems lovely otherwise. Would not recommend or go again due...
