I have visited Holly cafe 3 times in the space of my short time in Bondi Junction, just out of convenience for coffee's here and there. It happens to be the same young woman working each time. As always, today, she had poor customer service. She makes you feel as if you are being a pain to ask for a coffee and even to ask for a straw with an iced coffee you feel like you have said something to offend her. Today I got an iced latte half filled to the top of my plastic cup and was left with a negative feeling from her disappointing attitude towards customer service. What a shame, because the cafe seems lovely otherwise. Would not recommend or go again due...

The Chili Scramble here is DEEELICIOUS. Has a nice tangy chili that reminds you of Southeast Asian flavors.. maybe Bali-Indonesian vibes.. served with mushrooms, avocado and scrambled eggs on sourdough.. this is HIGHLY recommended. I want to go back and get a second one asap lol

The Nutella milkshake was very good and tasted great but for the amount of money quite expensive. The coffee looked good though I did not have it and the iced chocolate was similar to my drink, expensive for the size. Everything that was used to drink out of was recyclable which is good for the environment. There was limited seats at the cafe and the traffic was loud making it quite hard to talk.
