5-Star Review for Famous Wagyu Beef Hotpot Buffet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're a hotpot lover, this place is an absolute must-visit! The star of the show is undoubtedly their premium Wagyu beef—melt-in-your-mouth tender, beautifully marbled, and so flavorful that every bite feels like a luxury. The meat slices are thick enough to satisfy but thin enough to cook perfectly in seconds. They also offer a full halal menu, so you can enjoy your meal with complete peace of mind.
The buffet spread is incredible, with a huge variety of fresh ingredients: crisp vegetables, handmade dumplings, seafood, mushrooms, and an assortment of noodles. The broth selection is outstanding too—I especially loved the rich spicy Sichuan and the savory tomato soup.
Service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and quick to refill our broth. The atmosphere was lively and clean, making it a great spot for group gatherings or even a fun date night.
For the quality of Wagyu beef alone, this place is worth every penny. Add in the endless options and excellent service, and it’s easily the best hotpot buffet I’ve ever tried. 10/10...
Read moreI do not like to leave negative comments but this is the worse customer service ever. I called to booked a table to celebrate my mum’s birthday at 7:30pm but the lady who took the called ask if I can do 8. My answer is yes without hesitation and she got my contact details and said see me at 8 before we finished the call. I arrived at 7:50 with lot of people waiting at the door, The owner told me they are waiting for my call back to confirm if I can take 8pm, I explained the details of my call to him and he said they have done nothing wrong and they do not have a table for us as they are too busy. As it was my mum’s birthday so my dad got really upset and did raise his voice. The owner asked us not to argue and what do we want, do we still want to dine in or not. I told him yes, he said we will need to wait then. There were properly another 6 groups of people are waiting for table so we decided not to wait. The owner could simply admit it was their fault or a misunderstanding and offer us the next table to sort out the issue rather than put the blame to the customer and ask us to leave as...
Read moreCame here with the family for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Located underground in a carpark which was convenient though on a Thursday night parking was already full by dinner time. Definitely recommend booking because the place was packed by 7pm. The choice of soups are quite ample with good amount of meat variety and side ingredients to cook. There’s also a lot of side dishes, chocolate cookies and fruit that isn’t always available at hotpot places - this is a plus for kids if they’re fussy eaters. Only thing to watch out for is drinks are not included. Overall for $45pp...
