Incident: Today on 20th Aug ordered lunch for 5 at the store for $80. Kelly was the one who was dispensing my order, Kelly had everything in one bag for me. I collected and went back to my seat to have last lunch with my parents who are heading back home today, I realised that my child's kids burger is missing. When I went back to inform this, Kelly wanted me to bring the whole bag so he can chek, since he didn't believe my word I asked him to come out and check himself as I had already unpacked the bag on our table. Kelly came to check the food and he confirmed the burger was missing. He had no apology or anything but to say he will get me the kids burger but I will have to wait at the counter for it. Once he gave me the burger l, I asked him why he had to come out and check in the first place(which is the first ever happened to me) and secondly why he had no apology as it was Kelly who was supposed to check if the order was fulfilled properly in the first place. His response was, "I thought you had hid it to get another burger as I am sure I packed it" this so were I lost it, I asked for his name and he said his name was 'Andrew' I knew he was lieing . I asked for the Duty manager, Devy showed up ,who listened to the incident and apologized. This is the first apology I received during the whole ordeal and Kelly had nothing to say but stand there looking at me.

Read moreStopped by for a cheeseburger and fries at Sydney International Departures. The fries were clearly cold and soggy, the tray was nearly empty and it showed. I asked the staff member if they were fresh and she stared at me blankly before asking if I wanted fresh fries. I said yes. Simple enough, right? Apparently not.
She handed me the cold fries anyway. When I approached her again, she claimed she didn’t hear me, snatched the fries, threw them in the bin like she was making a statement and then told me without a hint of courtesy that there are plenty of people out there with no food to eat.
Let’s be clear, I didn’t ask her to throw them away. I asked for fresh food. I’m a paying customer, not a student in a lecture on global hunger. Her attitude was completely out of line.
To top it off, she looked absolutely miserable, like she’d rather be anywhere else. That energy carried through in her tone, her body language and her treatment of me. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least try to serve the customer with a smile, politeness and respect. After waiting for a while I noticed that she still served me the second round of fries from the same old batch. I let it go but it was a disappointing experience all around. Never have I EVER experienced such poor customer service and I’m certainly not one to complain but the lack of service...
Read moreWorst experience. I have ordered 2 Brekky wraps without bacon and sausage patty. After waiting for 10 times, we received the order. After taking a bite, one wrap had bacon. I took it back to the store and have shown it to the Restaurant Manager, Devlina who was unapologetic. She said it was unintentional. She then went to the burger station to speak with the staff member and tracked the order which was correct and reflects the receipt. I advised that I was going to make an official complaint for being reckless and placing a bacon thereby hurting my religious belief. She then said sorry for it and replaced my order.
