I just came to order here today and I was served by the Asian worker, after waiting for her conversation to finish with a non customer. I ordered 2 strawberry crushes which I have always order from countless shareteas across Sydney. I received them both only for them to be smoothie like consistency. I wasn’t bothered thinking that I will take it to the worker and she can fix it however when I approached nicely and explained that what she gave was a smoothie and not a slushy. Her response was “I added too much water” and then I proceeded to explain I need new ones because that’s not a crush. She then asks me bluntly if I was going to order a new one but then I replied bluntly “you got it wrong” and she says so confident and so rudely that she didn’t do anything wrong. I showed her a photo of what it’s supposed to look like and I asked her to make me ONE proper one. She stormed off and started banging all the utensils she needed and made a dramatic scene. She didn’t even apologise or look at me when she handed me the drink which was wrong again. If you ever read this, you are so rude and so inconsiderate, I was nice to correct you and ask politely but you need to learn customer...

We were there earlier today and we ordered the Yoghurt Strawberry Popping Pearls - which as the name just says comes with strawberry popping pearls. We got charged on top of the yoghurt, an extra $1.10 for the strawberry popping pearls. When we asked the girl that works there, instead of admitting that she made a mistake and overcharged us, she tried to come up with some lies to trick us into believing she was right and we were wrong. She first said that this was a new menu, and now the popping pearls are charged separately. She then said that the airport charges different than the other Shareteas in the city. It was only when we confronted her with explanation and facts of how that was not true, she checked again - after we were already charged - and said that we were right. In the end we had to pay for the extra $1.10. While I understand that people make mistakes, I don’t appreciate being lied to. That’s not a professional attitude to have, and made me have a bad experience with Sharetea. Apart from that, the yoghurt came with too much...

If I could give a big fat ‘0’ I would. There was a buy one get one half price deal. She didn’t ask, charged me two large full priced bubble milk tea. When I asked about the deal she gleefully said she couldn’t refund me as the card went through already and that the deal was only for regular size. No such thing said on the campaign. I said I wanted one extra for half price which she pulled a face at as if I was a nuisance. When opened one of the large cups, it had 80% ice, 20% tea and not much bubble in it. Total rip off 3 cups for $25.!!! You get maybe one full size equivalent from 3 large cups: if you want bad service, and clearly being ripped off go here otherwise take your money somewhere else. I go to plenty bubble tea and this was the worse one as other stores ask you about size, ice levels and sugar levels and she was blatantly smiling for ripping you off and happy about it.
