I had a very disappointing experience at Ibrahim’s pastry. I visited this afternoon to politely request an exchange or refund for a box of baklava that I purchased, as it was stale. However, instead of offering assistance, the worker I interacted with was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. They not only refused to acknowledge the issue but also yelled at me from across the room, insisting that I was wrong. As a regular customer, I was shocked and disappointed by this disrespectful behavior. In any hospitality setting, customer satisfaction should be a priority. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing a resolution, they chose to argue and dismiss my valid complaint. I believe that a family-owned business should prioritize customer service and satisfaction above all else. Unfortunately, my experience at Ibrahim’s pastry has left me deeply disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer who has supported their business in the past, I was treated with disrespect and disdain. I urge the community to reconsider patronizing Ibrahim’s pastry. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but they also lost a loyal customer who has always spoken highly of their sweets. It's truly disheartening to be treated so poorly by a business that I once held in high regard. In conclusion, I hope that Ibrahim’s pastry takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service practices. No customer should ever be made to feel as disrespected and disregarded as I was during my...

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing, and while indoor seating wasn’t available, the staff kindly directed us to the outdoor area. A large group took up most of the tables, but we managed to squeeze into a small café table. One of the staff even offered to bring over another table for us, which was a thoughtful gesture, though it wasn’t necessary.
The service was the real standout here. After finishing most of our baklava, we had a couple of pieces left and asked if they could pack them up for us. Not only did they box it up, they also added six large pieces of a different Lebanese pastry as a kind and unexpected gift. That level of hospitality really left an impression.
While the pastries were good, I imagine they’d be even better fresh out of the oven. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Being open until 10 PM is another big plus—perfect for a late-night sweet craving when most other places are closed....
Read more🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I haven’t been to Ibrahim Pastry in Rockdale for a while, and I popped in yesterday. My husband got a chocolate sponge cake 🍰🎂 and coffee ☕, and I had mango and boysenberry ice cream. Both were absolutely divine! 😋
Of course, I couldn’t leave without some takeaway, vanilla sponge cake, chocolate sponge cake, a Ferrero Rocher éclair (Yummy! 🎂💜), and a coconut 🥥 pastry.
To be honest, taking a photo was a real hassle because everything was half-eaten from the back already 🙈 I just couldn’t stop myself!😋 Everything was super fresh, made with great-quality ingredients, and looked as amazing as it tasted. 💓Definitely something to share with friends and family, guaranteed joy and satisfaction ☺️
I don’t usually leave reviews, especially about food, but Ibrahim Pastry is a true gem 💎, a local 🏆 that leaves the competition far behind.
