IKURA JAPAN Sushi Train(イクラ 日本) — Restaurant in Sydney

Probably the worst sushi train I've been to. Bad service, no greeting on arrival, found a table, no menus or little pots for wasabi etc. Not busy & 3 staff members just ignored us completely. When I did ask for help staff did the bare minimum. Very poor range, choice between chicken, tuna, cucumber or eel. Rolls were tiny & unappetizing, very basic. Plates didn't appear too clean. This is the WORST SUSHI train that I've ever been. it was evident that the staff seemed to derive pleasure from belittling and demeaning towards other staff. Harsh words were the norm, and insults were hurled without any regard. It was demoralizing to be treated with such disrespect, especially when all they wanted was to do their best and learn from the experienced chefs. The food itself lacked variety. The rice are overcooked and the plates are dirty. The only thing that is great is the atmosphere itself. If they were a zero star this restaurant...

We love sushi… been to many different types of sushi place. But it was one of the worst sushi ever tasted.

Lack of flavors. Very very very salty udon soup, pour 1 full cup of water myself but still salty. Inari in udon soup was off; smelly and vinegary taste. Teriyaki chicken in bento was salty too.

Price on table screen and the price on their cashier system was not matched. We paid couple of dollar extra but did not even want to argue about it as we just wanted to...
