KFC Earlwood, you guys should seriously consider training your staff in basic respectful attitude to maintain and deliver when serving the customers. I made an order through Menulog and my ENTIRE order was wrong and majority of the items I ordered didnt even turn up. When I called up the restaurant, a female staff member answered and was unbelievably rude. She asserted that she packed my order herself with another staff member so my order would’ve turned up. When I said it didnt turn up, she blamed the poor Menulog driver. I was given NO apology and there was no empathy over my experience whatsoever. I put a review through to Menulog and they havent responded yet so I called up the restaurant again, and the female staff member answered again and said she remembers talking to me yesterday. Again, she was rude and when I told her my entire boxed meal had items that dont come along with an ‘Ultimate Box’, her excuse was, “well we dont have boxed meals with those items in it.” Hmm, then I would love to know why those items were packed inside the box……? Figure that one out….? It was not until I said those excuses were not good enough and that I had photos to prove my claims, that she informed me that Menulog takes up to three days to respond and that’s as much as she can help me.
That entire attitude from a staff member was unnecessary and unprofessional. Please consider some team building and critical reflection to better support...
Read moreThis is, without question, the absolute worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I genuinely don’t understand why I keep giving them chances, other than the fact that it’s convenient and nearby, but that convenience is never worth the frustration and disappointment. Time and time again, they fail on every imaginable level.
The service here is beyond appalling – slow, dismissive, and downright rude. It’s as if the staff are actively trying to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. To make matters worse, they consistently get my order wrong. How hard is it to get a basic order right? It’s inexcusable, especially when this is a recurring issue.
The food is no better. The chips are always stale, old and reheated as if they’ve been sitting out for hours, and the quality of everything else is subpar at best. I honestly don’t know how this location manages to pass food safety and quality inspections. They are well below any acceptable standard and clearly do not care about their customers or the food they serve.

I've noticed the Indians have taken over KFC as well, and the Indian manager made my Kentucky burger last week and there was like two shreds of coleslaw barely any sauce and other ingredients. I returned it and asked him to make the burger properly. And i encourage everyone to do this. At eight dollars a burger you have every right! AS USUAL LIKE ANY OTHER FAST FOOD CHAIN FALSE ADVERTISING WITH GETTING A BURGER 1/3 THE SIZE OF THE PICTURE. Ever since the Indians took over various KFC and in fast food joints the food has gone downhill including KFC Earlwood, and their ingredients all skimped. ALSO KFC NEVER PUT ENOUGH MAYO AND LETTUCE on their burgers, I always have to order extra and get charged for it when it should be a decent standard amount in the first place. Keep hiring them. And keep skimping on your food sizes and ingredient portions whilst rising in the prices up...
