So my review of KFC Miranda can be applied to all KFC stores as their service benchmark is always subpar and a total letdown. Groundhog Day is experienced routinely at KFC, especially at the dreaded Drive-Thru where the young upstarts happily hurl the food at you without eye contact (same as Maccas) and sometimes not even a please or thank you can be heard.
The theft at KFC Drive-Thru is rampant, ask yourself how many times have you been ripped off and short changed when it comes to getting home and not only finding an incomplete order with items missing but also the tally of items in a box are also incorrect. 24 nuggets ends up being 17, order 3x3 serves of boneless wings and end up with only 5 pieces versus 9, half filled boxes of chips etc etc. We have 10 fingers and counting to 10 is pretty easy, toddlers are quite adept and proud to show you their ability in this but for some reason KFC staff just can't seem to comprehend this basic skill. Managers are dismissive of this ineptness as just mistakes stating they happen (every time) but have you noticed the mistake is never in the customers favour? We never get anything extra where we cheer at the score, but instead we are always left disgruntled at being cheated in some way with KFC knowing all too well that it is a major hassle to drive back, find parking or join the queue at the drive-thru to rectify our issue whilst the meals at home get cold and the children cry from not getting what they looked forward to. All fast food establishments are cut from the same cloth now. Days of old where service was the pride of a business and the customer being put first are long gone. Now they are run by children too busy on their phones, abusing and disrespecting complaining customers, distracted by mutual moronic conversations instead of doing the jobs they were paid to do. Read moreWent to Miranda drive through on Saturday lunch at 2:05. Ordered the value feast and asked if we could please swap out the $9.95 nuggets for $5.25 large chips. The manager Dale wouldn’t do it. We asked for specific chicken as we don’t eats thighs and legs and when given our food we got two legs and a thigh. I checked before we left the shop and said hey excuse me we ordered specific chicken, she said yeah we have none left. So she purposely packed us the wrong chicken and didn’t tell us, luckily we checked. She said it was a 15 minute wait on the other chicken which is why she packed that and I said you should have asked us, so now we are waiting the 15 for our chicken. Didn’t feel the customer service was there at all in any of the situations that we faced. Big let down for the once great Miranda. I used to work here and we always aimed to make the customer happy/ customer comes first. Obviously that policy is not in place here, the manager Dale said his stock count was a lot kore important then saving money on making the switch. you've got some big errors to amend kfc.
