Ive been here a few times because it is so close, but almost every time have had something go wrong. For the last five times they have got my order wrong in some way (once to my benefit though). I was locked in the parking for ten minutes because of the long line at the drive through blocking the majority of car spaces, never had rude staff but they are definately under trained, also have overheard them talking about very inappropriate things in front of customers and kids. The tables are usually filthy so i never eat in. The kitchen is disgusting, the last time I was there the server slipped on a discarded box on the ground, rather than pick it up he just kicked it partially under the station. Theres also food and packaging all over the floor.
The worst experience i had i was in the drive thru and bought two large family packs for my family and some people visiting. They said they ran out of chicken but said it would be 15 mins. I said okay but also hungry so bought a burger meal. They said they would bring out the burger meal. Never did. It took over one hour and a half to finally get my meals. I went in three times and they were still selling chicken to others (so had restocked ut didnt fill my order). I asked for my money and said they couldn't refund and had to wait for the food. When I got the food home. They had given me half my order. I had to drive back and was really angry. They had to start all over again, but this time had it in 5 mins. When i finally got back i realised i never got the burger meal. I emailed kfc head quarters they said that they would look into it and would give me a free small burger meal for the bad experience I just had to ask for it when i went in next but also never got that. This was a year ago and things have just gotten worse.

Even though it was more expensive I didn't want a drink and wanted thigh pieces so paid the extra. I stated several times I wanted two thigh pieces which is why I was ordering them separately. I was assured by the cashier and the person who gave me the food that I had been given thigh pieces. The bag had been packed in a way that made it impossible to easily and quickly check while in drive thru. However once I did open the box I found I had been given a tiny wing piece and a tiny drumstick instead of the two thighs I had ordered and paid for. If you are going to insist O need to order separate pieces and pay more in order t[o get the pieces I want, and lie to my face about giving them to me while charging more money for them then this is basically a scam. I called the store who did not seemed even remotely concerned that this had occurred. Most fast food places are mean with there portions and half fill chips or provide food which is half the size of what they show it to be on their menu - but to charge extra and then lie about what they arebgiving you is another level of scumminess. Don't go to this store and I suggest avoid...

Dear KFC Management,
Around 8:30PM tonight, incident happened.
I would like to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Pennant Hills branch.
I ordered food through the drive-thru, and one of the staff members instructed me to park and wait for 5 minutes while they delivered my order. However, after waiting for over 10 minutes with no sign of my order, I decided to go inside the store to follow up.
To my surprise, I saw the service crew singing and dancing loudly in the kitchen and around the counter, clearly distracted from their duties. When I approached them to ask about my order, they responded rudely and asked, āWhat order?ā I explained the situation and provided the details again, but they continued to treat me in a disrespectful manner.
To make matters worse, they handed me an open KFC box that contained the wrong order. When I returned it, they gave me the correct orderābut again, in a very rude and careless way.
I am extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and unprofessional behaviour I witnessed. The staff were not focused on their responsibilities and failed to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. This is not the standard I expect from a well-known brand like KFC.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the situation with appropriate training and...
